the latest version firmware for k850 is R1EA037. not all asia pacific region have this update! most of the update for asia covered & released to SE Service Centres. others through EMMA. if u r outside the asia then u should have this update. & if u r in asia then R1CA037 is the latest firmware according to SE Service Centres!
take off the plastic from the back & when u take pic don't put ur finger on the light sensor. cause if ur finger cover the light sensor then it cannot sense the light condition & the pic comes out dark.

hai dani, what is the latest version update for k850? tell me more. becos my phone pic taken is so dark. and using xenon flash, its even worst.

few days ago gsmarena gave it's price group tag 6 / 10 & now it's 5 / 10! where as n82's price group tag still in 7 / 10! interesting!!

Poor you if Nokmote wasn't there.
With K850 you don't need that - we can play Marble Madness and Need For Speed without Nokmote.
Push, Pull, Spin, Tilt, Shake, Throw it in the air then catch it, add flash screensavers that move as the phone does - minus unnecessary app.

haha se4 lfye sure k850 is full o flaws lol not design wise but feature wise plus its lackin,we can use da n82 as wii mote,tv output nuff little apps,plus dat ifone app called nokmote u can use da fone by pull,push,tilt and shake

whoah dude you were right! I thought that global awards was for 2007. Sorry about that.
SO the major difference now is Europe vs. Global. I researched on TIPA and saw that all their winners are almost Nokia. How's that for some reasoning.

i haTe this phone.
i have this for 1month now.
there are times that it reboots..
and now..it reboot then it wont start.
it shows a blank screen.
need your help.
i dont know how to solve this problem.
