Hmmmmm...il try that next time, i dont find the touchscreen buttons bad i like them alot its a good technology! il press the buttons in the way you just told me next time i see my friends K850i and then il see what they are like
and i really Love the K850i's Camera Performance! dayum! in my opinion the Camera is better then N95's ..and the Walkman 3.0 ! thats awesome! and the PSP XMB ! i love that..this is what i love about the K850i...it floats my boat!

Yo danny, i dunno these touch buttons are not great at first but they certainly grow on you! They are definitely not to be underestimated. If you find that they are not 100% responsive, try pressing on the actual word on the screen (Menu) instead of the button, i feel it is more responsive that way, in fact i think thats the way they're meant to be pressed.
Abt the PSP phone i have been hoping for that as well, maybe a G (game) series. But they should include PSP games in all phones while the G series would be optimized for gaming....
that would be DEVINE!

JUST IMAGINE
a PSP that can not only make calls, but burn a copy of all your contacts onto a minidisc!
being able to play online with a group...LIVE!!

hey everybody,
I bought the phone a month ago, ant it's already having system problems..
it's realy irritating. when i bought it, it already had some problems.. like, he would sometimes just reset, without reason. quite irritating i can tell you.
so i would liek to advise you to really think it over when you're buying the K850.
but it looks cool though:)

I think they will be making a PSP phone.
But the size is.. well, the size of a regular PSP.

I don't know if this is correct but the design is somewhat cool. Imagine a PSP wherein the whole screen and the direction pad swivels to form the so-called "phone appearance" (the d-pad becomes in-line with the keypad+commad buttons)
And ofcourse, it has the XMB menu interface, which is similar or somewhat more advanced than the K850i...

bro! iv just seen the K850i again today! for seconds time!!
i really dont like the touchscreen buttons and the menu is slow compared to my W850i
and even Nokia 6300 is better then K850i overall
i want to see a W960i !!!!

iv just seen and played around with another one of my mates K850i
i really dont like the touchscreen buttons
and its slow compared to my W850i
all i need to do is See a W960i for real...thats the phone i got my Eye on !!!!! :P
please god make me see a W960i in Real life

I gotta K850i and I love it!
What I especially like about the K850i is the size in comparison to what you get in the phone! :-)
My mates have got the Nokia N95 and 8 Gig versions and they're pretty cool, with exception to the size!
I remember when Nokia were at the forefront of miniture technology, by creating handsets the size of your thumb nail! But nowadays they seem to have thrown that ethos out the window and think bigger is better!
The N82 is a serious piece of kit... but you need a clown's pocket to carry it around haha! :-)
Has anyone seen the TV advert for the N82?
I found it on YouTube. At the end of the ad, the phone user has his N82 sticking halfway out his pocket, probably trying to look cool! But the truth of the matter is; that his Skinny-fit 501's can't handle the shear size of the thing hehe! ;-)
As a final remark to all of you: I'm glad that the majority of people on this forum have all decided to get high-end phones, regardless of manufacturer, especially if they come free with a contract!
It really annoys me to see my mates get a crappy handset palmed off them in a shop, when they could've got better for the same price!

i was just reading this artical on GSMarena (http://www.gsmarena.com/sony_ericsson_k850_vs_nokia_n95-review-162.php)which says "Nokia N95 loses a lot of fine detail. You can see the same effect in some outdoor photos if you look carefully at the foliage. Overall, we've decided that the Sony Ericsson approach is slightly better."
The N95 i have found is slow and glitchy, i work in a phone show and 3 (including me) of the 5 people that work here have brought the K850i.

try MPEG 4-AAC it's way better. AMR stinks!!
