The camera is better on the k850i because its not actually powering anything significant.
The camera is well documented to be better on the N95.
The music capabilities are midly better on the N95 because the realplayer application means you can stream music from websites, also ability to play FLV.
THE N95 FIRMWARE IS FINE AND ITS NOT AT ALL BUGGY.
the screen resolution would seem better on the k850i because the screen is 2.2 inches big where as the N95 carries a 2.6 inch screen, however obviously this isnt the case because the resolution is infact...the same!

K850i has Walkman 3.0 built in
everything is at par with Walkman Phones in the K850i

I just got a gold W880i but I upgrade soon. I'm really considering this phone as the camera seems to rock and I love the way it looks. I'm not too worried about the video as I don.t take many. Over all I really like the phone. Just don't know about it's music capabilities so any one can please compare the music capabilities to any other Walkman phone this will be greatly appreciated. And yes I do undertand that comparing it to a walkman is a large task. But I just want a relative idea.

A few important physical flaws to the phone.
The camera lens could be pushed inward.
The bottom that covers the battery, SIM card and memory stick is a bit loose.

N82 is an amazing phone but one major disappointment is the battery it only last 2 days wereas k850i will last u 3 - 5 days.

- Better Stronger Battery
- Camera better than N95 (when u transfer them to the PC u can see clearly K850i wins n i dont mean by looking at the camera on phone screen)
- Not many bugs as N95 !
- Music Player and loudness better than N95
- Screen Quality better than N95, if u put n95 screen to full display brightness that kills ur n95 battery but on k850i it doesnt

To all the guys earlier...
after the recent firmware update, the battery life isnt that bad. And please get over the fact the firmware is now absolutely fine! It never crashes and JUST works.
The k850i is just boring. What does it do which is better than any other phone, nothing.
The camera is useless and the video resolution is a joke

come on!!! think logically!!! if your going to watch the video taken by n95 and k850 in youtube you wont see the difference in resolution and framerate because youtube is going to resize the video resolution and the frame rate.,
what's the sense of comparing VGA to QVGA? the result is so obvious., i'm a SE fan but really disappointed with this phone.,i'm not going to change my k810i until a better SE phone that can record videos in VGA resolution will be release.

I've had my K850 for a month now and have yet to be really impressed with it. I'm unable to consistently take good pictures. But the biggest issue I have with it is that it doesn't have an option for a keylock password! I used to have a P990i and this was the feature that was truly useful for me. Does anybody know if there is a software that can put a keylock password on my K850? Thanks in advance!

the first N95 (silver) is the worse phone nokia ever done.
very bad slide
very bad battery
very bad software
very bad design
so pleaaaaase stop talking about the crappy N95..(i can agree that N95 8gb is better)

k850 may not have millions of features, BUT it have beatiful design, awesome mediaplayer, awesome camera, awesome battery........

No point giving false information n hyping up urself wid da n95. im sure ur n95 did not even last one day !
btw I own a Nokia which i dont use anymore n i had every single firmware upgraded on to it and all of the firmware have so firmware bugs and they are not perfect ! so derfore u cant say u never had no problems with it !
