Yes there are better phones for screen res, browsing and gaming but without stereo speakers! Like ive said before we need a walkman flagship not just a flagship with just walkman player. I would pay good money for a highend walkman phone but looks like I will be stuck with live for a while yet.

Active is best choice if you have an active lifestyle and is more rugged than live. If you are just using for day to day use choose live! It has bigger bright screen and better sound. Also after looking on benchmark results I see active beats live on some and live beats active on others. So benchmark not reliable as there are some rooted lives and actives overclocked to 2ghz. I cant use active even if I wanted to as the screen is too small.

Guys,please clear me that bravia engine is good or bad for camera/video quality & for contrast/brightness issue for active?if it's bad should i go for LWW?what's the price of active & LWW in U$D in USA?

Are those benchmark tools reliable: in Quadrant 1.1.7 mine scored 1800+ but with latest version 2.1.1 it scored only 1260.
AnTuTu also confusing; got ~2800 with version 2.8.2 but it scored 3162 with AnTuTu 2.9.2.
Different versions gave different results :/

Its an perfect phone. I buy this phone before two months battery standby is very good,compact size,vedio cemra,vedio call,walkman edition,and processing is very good.
But as I expected from sony its still cemra is not good as I am hope from sony,but its an perfect handy phone which is easy to carry.

If you think LWW is loud, try the LG GM200 Brio. So powerful and clear speaker you could make a party with it. But old phone now with only 2 GB memory card and no touchscreen, really hard to find. Will use it for many more years. The same loudspeaker in an android touchscreen phone would be terrific.

The live has better benchmark results and batterylife due to lack of bravia! Also sound blows active and just about any other android away! If I had wanted bravia I would have got arc s! I wanted performance for good price and live is best in price range! Remember this is live walkman blog not active fanboy blog!

oh!sony should relaunch lww with hugh battery and bigger screen,and some modification in music player also like manual equalizer clear bass & stereo.then sure it will get more popular....

Bravia slows performance??? Then why you telling people to fast reboot, clear cache install android assistant blah blah blah to lww users...! If their phone not getting slow they would not ask you how to optimize their device! And Sony isn't fool enough to put something that will give negative impact to user‘s experience... Have you ever read any complaints that Bravia engine is irritating, makes user has to wait tooooo long when browsing or playing game etc?? I noticed it's you the only one who keeps saying that Bravia is useless, just accept the fact your phone doesn't have it and you have to live with that! Even this site has tested it and come with conclusion that Bravia engine is really enhanced video and photo quality on the screen.

No bravia engine on live Walkman because it's useless since it doesn't use led backlit display like on the other xperia 2011, the effect of bravia tweak would not be as good as you see on the active. Beside the live Walkman is a music oriented phone that's why Sony blessed it with the loudest stereo speaker phones in history!
