Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman

I've liked LWW and planning to buy it in next few days... but I am pretty worried about sony ericsson quality. Have heard numerous people complaining that SS phones are not all that good in long run!! They start giving some problems or the other over time. They suggest I go for sturdy and trusted Nokia. So ppl who have been using SE, how was your experience? Do you recommend SE phones? thanks.

just connect the phone with pc through usb cable ,then a icon will come and then install "pc companion" on the computer.after installing,an option will come start updating & then phone will be updated to 4.0.

Anonymous, 05 Aug 2012should i by se lww or htc explorer???Explorer is nothing! Adreno 200 and 600MHz slow cpu vs the powerful live with 1GHz and adreno 205! And the same price plus the live has a front cam! So surely go for the live with walkman!!

u can update it by connecting it to the pc suite available with it and then update it

Iam using dis for the last 7 months.Now my phone blinks when it is locked.It keeps blinking for every 5 seconds.After some time it stops.How to get rid of this problem?help please

These are the ONLY advantages. Face lock is temperamental and just a gimmick. Try playing dead trigger and raging thunder 2 on ics - two awesome games that run fine on gingerbread- I bet you won't be able to play them smoothly on ics. Had ics for 3-4 week now and I think gingerbread runs better. Ics is good if your not using this phone for apps and gaming which is basically what android stands for so my suggestion is AVOID ICS AT ALL COSTS!

to those people who wants to upgrade to ICS, just connect your device to your pc/laptop and run ur pc suite. the pc suite will notify you that your phone can be upgraded to ICS, then it will guide you every step of the way. having any problems updating it? i suggest that update it tru a high speed internet connection and ur phone should have 50% or more battery level.
btw, ICS exp is way betteeeeer than gingerbread. enjoy
