1. The battery gets heat... moreIndeed, there are some known bugs like LED not working, we just have to wait for the next update from Sony. For now, you can use SMSAwake: http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.schwimmer.android.smsawake
About battery problem, it's normal after updating your firmware, not just ICS. This is somewhat lengthy discussion, but Xperia users should learn about:

Also, after doing update, it is recommended to Repair your software (use PCC or SUS, do it like what you did when updating your phone). Then format your SD card. This should fix some minor problems.

My problems after the ICS update:
1. The battery gets heated faster than GB
2. The battery drains faster than GB
3. The LED indicator notification is not working properly after receiving text messages
4. Auto rotation screen is laggy
5. Phone restarts after opening some games(maybe problem with the game?)
But most of all the battery in this phone sucks and also the mediocre small internal memory, these two are the downside of this phone.

my reviews on ICS UPDATE
-no LAGGIS
-display quality improved
-sound quality , XlouD improved
-awesome and BEST interface
-battey backup is same as was in GB
-AND when battey fully charges it showes that "charged"(for me... my one problem solved this ICS)
-OVERALL from my side it's 10 out of 10

AnonD-59915, 20 Jun 2012plzz someone help me.. i m facing the problem of memory uti... moreSome apps may keep data in the phone memory, you can look at each app via Settings and clear data or cache. Or as previous suggestion, you can use optimizer to gain some space e.g 1Tap Cleaner.
You also can do this:

Some apps that were not movable can now be moved to SD card. Not all though but not bad. No root required.
If you want to go deeper, you can use link2sd, this one is an ultimate solution but require root access.

I want to know how can i use this phone as a modem and access internet on my pc via the phone.
I have installed pc companion and connected it via usb and switched on USB TEETHERING, still i am not successfull.

plzz someone help me.. i m facing the problem of memory utilizataion actually my phone memory is getting filled too early.. m using apps2sd too bt it is not helping me coz i hav transferred all my apps to sd card using apps2sd then too there is only 20mb of internal memory left in it... how to utilize it do help me.. hw can i save and install apps in the sd card itself..wid dis i frst need to uninstall sum appps frm ma fone in order to install new ones..so sum1 plzzz help wid regard to this..!!
