Hi guys, can u please tell me whether skype calls can be made with this phone without problem or not, and also how is the quality of calls with viber?does the phone overheat?does using these application drain the battery very fast or it is acceptable?

[deleted post]I am from New Mumbai. I got update from Sony PC Companion which is the software you need to install in your PC. After installing it, run it. then it will give you popup if your phone got upgrade from sony. You should have internet connection to check upgrade.
You can also go to the link http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/35144 to check if your phone got an ICS update from sony.

i am using it for about a month no problems till now but after i updates to ics sometimes rarely...the screem gets stuck...sometimes touch wont work too only rarely...and even when the headset is connected music plays like normal not throught the head set... that aslo rarely...any idea why... but one thing i love this set... not even a single scratch on the glas and back panel.. totaly scratch proof/....

Sure you'll find LwW is significantly better. You may want to find benchmark info for Adreno 205 if you're still not sure. Check this out, it's listed under S2 cathegory:

The good side about Ace plus is that it has huge internal memory, and slightly larger screen (3.65") which is more comfortable to view. If you choose LwW and memory is your concern, learn this:
- move apps to SDcard. e.g with help from app2SD

- link2sd. there, problem solved. need rooted phone though.
BTW, GTA III runs perfectly fine (under GB). If the purpose of the phone is for gaming, it's not recommended to upgrade to ICS. Keep that in mind.

i bought it last month..and my personal review as below...
1. i have nova 2,asphalt 5,bia2 ..these game have 400-500-700 mb data.all are hd ..they runes so smoothly with no leggis.
2. awesome speed of mobile.
3. screen is TFT ,so that screen clearity is better than any other same range phone.
4. XLouD provides so clear and loud awesome sound.
5. so stylish in white colour.black is also good.
6. net and wifi is so good.
AND I HAVE A SUGGESTION TO YOU - don't buy from internet..buy it from your nearly mobile mall.
