friends. i am in great confusion. bcoz my phone shows only 335 MB ram while the company offered 512 MB. I think i am cheated. do u anyone can clear my this doubt. pls, thanks in advance for the correct answer

you can upgrade it over the air with the phone itself its very safe and just the same as using pc companion! All you need is internet connection.

Dhinesh, 27 Feb 2012Please help me to upgrade version 4.0.2.A.0.62. Please tell... moreI upgraded mine yesterday. nothing lost if you upgrade and no noticeable after upgrade. The only change is build number from 4.0.2.A.0.58 to 4.0.2.A.0.62.
Just install PC Companion to pc then follow the steps appear. Note need fully charged when upgrade or at least half, Good internet connections. I finished my upgrade in about 30 mins.

I bought this phone on 9th Feb from Mobile store. For a day or two everything was great but then the phone gallery stopped working. SE service centre upgraded the software and gallery seemed to work, but the moment I put the sim card, the gallery stopped working. This problem seems to be occuring with Vodafone SIM card and not with Airtel or Idea sim cards of my friends. The gallery works when phone is put in the flight mode, but that means that photos cannot be uploaded/emailed and every time you need to show pictures, the phone must be put in flight mode. Neither Vodafone nor SE are able to help...
Does anyone know why the gallery won't work with the Sim card?
