i can't update my software using my computer... it always hangs during the 3rd step. PLEASE HELP

AnonD-2558, 25 Feb 2012tnx for your reply... but it doesn't update on the phone ei... morelook do as the pc companion said i did as the pc companion said me and then i did the all the 6 steps it said that i choose wrong mode(media transfer mode) but i close that window and start update it installs drivers then 2 it downloads the update says "preparing your computer" then 3 it updates the phone shut down, my internet on my laptop is slow so i hav to wait 5 minutes while it updates and then 4 it says disconnect your phone but dont pullout the battery from phone, say me th 3rd step what is written there

Randomguy, 25 Feb 2012Can you buy a highter capacity battery than the standard on... moreyes you can but it wont be the S.E. made battery it will be other factory made battery like my friend say hes found bigger capacity battery the 1850mAh but its the biggest that you can get because others wont fit in phone

3.white looks beatiful but black not makes dirty fast as white does.

Just bought the phone 3-4 days ago, and I connect it to PC and update it.It all went smooth, but when the phone restarts it shows some annoying line at the top of the screen (the line makes clock on middle).Is there anyone who have this problem, is this come with the update, or is it just me? And if someone has this problem, pls tell me how to fix it.
