does "H" belongs to 3G or 2G?

Hello, Can someone confirm if this phone(SE LWW) works fine for emails (both office and personal like Yahoo/Gmail). I am planning to buy this phone mainly for heavy email usage, 5MP camera, Touchscreen + Android. But having a doubt whther this phone is primarily only for Music lovers or good for emails too?

guys really this is an excellent phone i'm using this for the past 2month..s/w and h/w features are cool its upgradable for android 4(android rockzz)..this phone's sound quality is better than iphone 4..overall this phone is awesome for the money...
