krishna, 06 Dec 2011the phones which brought from ebay can be updated to newer ... moreIt can be updated to newer versions.But if any problem happens while updating it,the company will not freely fix it.But it has vendor warranty,so I hope that the sellers would be able fix it.But for complicated problems,the sellers would'nt fix it.You have to take it to the manufacturer which would cost alot.
