Ive had pr... moreWifi strength and channel may result in a bad battery life, since I haven't received any new update i know nothing about it but if it boosts the performance and has cpu tweaks ( maybe cpu's min. frequency was made higher), it may also result in a low battery life, however if you wait a bit ( some days) it may improve it, to play with cpu frequencies you need root

AnonD-43136, 07 Mar 2013I've tried installing the semc home apk update that I used ... morewhere did you place it?? sd card or internal memory ( as if it is on the sd card it will do that), i think it also needs root access to work well ( to set it in system/app by using root explorer to work), i suggest you to use this xperia launcher without the 4 corners ( this is xperia t ics based) :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2021332

I've tried installing the semc home apk update that I used on gb to get rid of 4corners but, everytime I switch phone off it just goes back to 4corners on ics. Is there anyway to fix this without root? I appreciate your help Jean unlike the various trolls we get.

Like ive said previously im on 3network uk and while on gb everyone else got .58/.62 we got 4.0.2.C.0.5. 4.1.L.0.10 is our alternative to .13 that we are all waiting for. Like I said, my last xperience of ics was horrid but through pc companion im much happier.

Just updated to 4.1.L.0.8 using pc companion. Games running smooth and minimal lag. Updated using sus last time and got horrible lag.

http://d-h.st/wZl : here there is an add on for zellycream without the hot update, cpu settings control, after you flash again zellycream ( rapaheel), flash it by CWM without wiping anything, then go to settings, you will see cpu controls, tap it set the max 1.024 ghz and the min 768 mhz , the governor set it performance and finally apply on boot, do not touch I/O with it

So this Update (4.0.4) was for Better management ... let us see what it does
Improvements
Ui (now more smooth )
Video recording is now better
Ram management is even better now
Less lag while playing back video's
Multitasking is little better now

Zaid, 06 Mar 2013my live wid walkman shows internal memory errorr but my aal... moreeven if you move to sd card a small part of the apps will stay in the internal memory, that's why i rooted, partitioned by sd card and used link2sd, now most my apps (100%) are on my sd card and there is no part on the internal memory

unemployed fellow, having no other work only give replies to newbees and pretend as a cycle expert, hahahaha, hey ppl and users of lww dont follow anyones advices, not even mine. Experience urself try stock gb 58 than update to gb 62 via wifi, use it for few days, than try ics 587 than any custom rom u like, try them I bet 99,% wil end up and go with stock gb 62, go on experience it and decide for urself, jean unemployed is fooling ppl by guiding them time wasting procedures, ics uptil 587 is not stable yet, until all bugs fixd by sony, stick to gb 62 until stable ics released by sony, dont get fooled by jean cycle fan, he has no work, he just posts his openions continuesly, see for urself, count his posts its about more than 300 it seems he is a contractor here, fooling ppl with time waisting tips
