Sony ericsson has discontinued development of firmware for M600, w950 and P990 smartphones. They use M600i version as the base for their new P1 and even the message tells, the new P1 has more memory, more stability. Good SE phone, the final firmware version of M600 is R6A16. Why would you want to carry something around as teeny and terrible as a side kick, you should have thrown that away when you were 14.

This looks great and works great, if you don't like the stylus then just use your fingers. I manage just fine.

Guys get this phone while you can, It has been officially discontinued by SE starting from July. This is possibly the last SE business phone with no camera. I got mine this week and its worth every penny.

hey im only 17 and i was wondering if this fone is or isnt suitable for me? i'm quite hesitant to get it, i dont mind not having a camera in the phone but i just really want a phone with a Qwerty keyboard, besides the sidekick. Any ideas??? thanks so much! =)

Has anyone tried to use this phone with a network that supports only frequencies 850 & 1900?? I'm with FIDO and I was told reception would be really spotty with this phone since it doesn't support frequency 850 but I don't know how much to trust a FIDO representative.

I think you push it in until you hear a click, then it'll pop out a bit. At this point, pull it out.

Putting it back in, just insert, and push until you hear a click. At least that's how the M2 is removed/inserted on the K800i. Read your manual ;)

you need to insert it by a sharp object (like pen) and it will spring out then you can remove it.And while inserting it you have to be careful as there should be spring action after the card is placed then you can inserted it completely.
