my 600 freezes up a lot. it is very frustrating and it is not letting me connect to my comp. i purchased from hong kong and it does not have handwriting recognition in english. any help??? and i am in USA and use tmobile and cant get the internet settings to work. and btw can i get instant messaging like AIM on it??

as for bugs, it depinds on software versions (as i previously wrote i think), last firmware is quite ok, no problems / the original firmware version had some real issues
phones have 200-300mhz cpus and 64mb ram or somethin like that, even if u get high speed wlan, ur phone wont be able to process that much info

hi, i want to buy phone for business(Push email, office applications...etc) so im comparing the M600 with other business phones, like the Nokia E61, 9300i, till now i prefer the M600, but some said to me that the software has some bugs, and also another question, is the WLAN in the cell phones with good speed, can anyone help me in these issues?

You guys need to read the forums before posting intelligently challenged questions. The phone is aimed at BUSINESS users, not the media crazy type. if you want a phone with a camera, you buy the K800. If you want push, 3G and an intuitive user interface that will result in PRODCUTIVITY, then you buy the M600i. I have one, I love it, the sound quality is great, with crisp highs and resonating lows. Anyone who says the W950 blows this phone out of the water is jsut biased, with the 4GB of storage and buttonless keypad clouding their view.

my dear raghu read all openion before u post.walkman phones hav better sound and if u only want sound why are u looking at a bussiness phone?its compareable with 750i that meams very decent which must b enough.and guys stop posting that this phone need camara! It doesnt perhaps u need a doctor.and my dear maical i think u want the flash player cra*ked right? Got 1 interested?

Hi! This looks like a great phone. I'm currently using Nokia and now need to choose between Nokia 6233 and this M600i. It probably isn't a difficult choice, but would appreciate some help here.

the question i answered was "how does this compare with the p990i", so i thought the hardware differences are obvious (camera, wifi, radio, different screen size, etc) and i reffered strictly to the OS part, wich is identical
the 2 phones could have different pre-installed applications too, im not sure about that
i hope that settles the issue

Hey Maical: U said this baby is basically the same as p990i. Having the same software does not make them the same for example p990i has Wi-fi this phone doesn't (WLAN) - useful for business!! What more then? (forget the camera issue - I agree with u there they should buy themselves a real camera!)

also, handwriting recognition requires a lot more exercise then gettin used with the keyboard
i think i got pretty skilled at it, but i still have to pay lots of attention when writing in that mod so i gave it up and got used to the keyboard (wich works really well - 2 thumbs up :) )

yes, it has a loud speaker and yes, it has a recorder like any decent symbian phone...
as for syncronization with pc, the software that comes with the phone is only compatible with windows xp service pack 2 / i dont know if sofware for other OS's exists

Is this phone compatible with isync? (apple). I'm looking for a personal organiser phone that is - any recommendations? just need my addresses/diary to sync, plus to use 'stick', or touch screen to write (rather than texting).
