On the comments bout the keypad, i find it alot easier to use the on screen keyboard for txt, as i have big stupid fingers and find the keypad difficult.

If you like a clear wallpaper on your phone, this M600i doesnt show up clear behind the icons.

        to mercury24,

        thats not true,..
better talk to a SE representative than that salesman who doens't know everything about SE's plans... maybe because he is a Nokia Fan so he's trying to disappoint people with that rumors about SE which is absolutely FALSE,..

When I was in the store about to buy the phone, the salesman was telling me that the touchpad has been malfunctioning and that sony ericsson has stopped promoting this phone. is there any truth to this?

                  To Bruce Leroy,

Not that I know much but just a thought: could this be a time zone setting problem? Are both the time zones (PC as well as phone) same?

No i know the PC is suppose to sync the time with the PC thats not the problem. My problem is that my PC time is like 8am and it changes my phone time to 4pm everytime, i cant seem to figure out why it does this.

I bought this phone about 3 weeks ago and my choice was highly influenced by the fact that this phone has no camera. They should work more on improving the speed of the applications and of the OS overall until a comfortable level.
BruceLeroy - the synchronising is supposed to do this, you don't want alerts from the PC to have a missmatch in the phone. Like having a meeting at 4 and the phone lets you know about it at 4.05. Try setting the clock in the PC ultimately.

Yea this is a great phone but i am running into some problems. Every time i sync the phone to my PC the time on my phone changes, i cant seem to figure it out. Any Help? I already upgraded the software from the offical SE site.

Also does anyobody know where i can download AOL instant messager for this phone? i cant seem to find it anywhere. THanks

yes, this phone is capable of receiving video call. nokia E61 is able to let you specify your 'static' photo while doing video call as well, this phone should be able to as well.

I face browzers hangups when i surf a new page at time. The way to solve it is to shut down the phone and restart it...

                                To
                                Ali,
no dought the keypad is much more comfortble, i had m600, but i exchange it with new nokia n91 becauze of the UIQ 3 . i THINK se bundeled some problamatic huge bugs with the software thats why the phone is going to hang several time,as well as its very difficult to find new UIQ versions application to work compatibely in this device well.

to ali, my first impression on the keypad when i saw it from the picture was, hard to type. but after getting a feel of it and tried typing with the keypad, i feel comfortable with the keypad. maybe not everyone feel comfortable with it, depends on your fingers' size. u should try it yourself first.
