maybe you just forgot to read the manual before u use it,,,
and about the sound maybe it needs a little adjustment in the audio or sound settings...

I'm realy disapointed to buy this phone,wasting money for a walkman phone ,the feature a lot of missing,this phone is weak compare with corby 2 or LG T500 they have a full basic feature but the mix walkman hasn'tSony Ericsson, please do something about the software. It's not user friendly and the playlist is really dumb. How can you consider it a playlist if you can not organize the music that you play, and then you call this a walk man? Something is wrong here. It looks good and nothing more. I hope a very good update will be available soon. music phone with 'stupid playlist'. make playlist with media-go only. make 6 playlist but only 2 playlist can read by phone, with the same caontains. playlist 1 contained playlist 1 and 2. and playlist 2 contained playlist 1 and 2, too...
- need about 5 minutes for open your playlist in the phone and in between it gets 'hang'...
- no manual equalizer wich make optimal bass performance.
- cannot play folder
- touch screen is not at all user friendly
i have a w200i, and i think it is better than mix walkman for sound quality aspecially bass quality with manual equalizer (by earphone).
i will never ask any of my friend to by this phone.

Headfon sound quality is poor and pre-loaded youtube is not playing anything.

very annoying type in this phone...the option is only multitap,even in landscape mode is still multitap for type,,no vitual qwerty keyboard...it is totally worse for typing rapidly...

I bought this phone for my mom as she wanted a simple touch phone.
It DOESN'T run on android. (Every touch phone isn't a droid!)
It is a good phone with nice basic features.
Touch IS smooth.
WiFi works very well. Signal reception is almost comparable to my fucked up Acer laptop!
One bad thing according to me is that, the phone is not 3G capable. But then again, my mom wanted a simple phone, so its cool.
