Just got my own today. i cant really say much bcos its only 2hrs since i bought it. anyway it is grest looking, wonderful camera, clear speaker, nice design ang a beatiful plastic material. Great job SE.

I am having a SEP1i for the last one month or so.I updated the firmware. No hanging or restarts or green tinge.After updating I find the phone to be remarkable.

Its a kool phone thought what i feel is that the camera when zoomed reduces the clarity i.e. it would no longer get a 3 mp clarity of the pic.

Tho most people say that fone doesnt hang but a couple of people on this post have complained about the hanging problem which really puts me in doubt about buying this fone after my p990i experience

This unit have a damn good design and fits on my life style.... i'm going to get this phone evil phone.... i love it.... raise you sony ericson....

Used N70, motorazr, N95, k800, samsung d900. SE P1i is the latest since 2 months. This is the best set ever. don't go for negative feedbacks. It's really good..no hanging, no nonsense. It's the best phone on market.

I have never been happier with my choice of P1i for a phone. I bought it since I got bored waiting for the W960i. I do not regret my decision one bit. Though the processor is not too fast, there is a certain fulfillment carrying and using the P1i. (I also bought a K850i and it is now up for sale!)
I need help though, as this is my first experience with UIQ Symbian. (1) How can I get the clock alarm to go off when the phone is in Silent mode? Now Silent means No Alarm means Oversleeping. (2) How can I fix Sounds and Alerts while changing themes? Now, every time I change a theme, I have to redefine ringtones of all sorts.
Can someone please answer? Thanks in advance.

While synchronizing with the PC the phone duplicates the contacts re-write previous changes and what’s make it imposable to bear is that it removes the international code from all contacts………..:( pls help I cant use another phone

-visit www.dotsis.com for games & software for ur P1i & look for them in the UIQ section of the forums.
-Advanced English dictionary (AED) for P990i works well with P1i.
-Also if you want themes, any theme for M600i will work with P1i, though not all of them.

yes there is a green tint on most pictures taken from P1i, though there are news that it would be fixed on the next firmware update.

i am very confused i have to make up my mind today and decide which phone to buy tomorrow k850 or p1. the WLAN pulls me towards the p1 whereas the 5MP pulls me towards the k850. i will really appreciate someone's help. the price of each phone doesnt matter to me.
