Guys I had the E90, gave it away since I was not too happy with it, planning to buy the P1i can someone please update me on these things

        1) Camera function? Is the camera resolution nice?
        2) Does this phone hang?
        3) Battery Life? Nokia used to last a good 4-5) days even under heavy usage conditons?
        6) Does this phone have a feature like Call Drop function if you don't want to take a call like the one had in P990i?
Would really appreciate it friends if you can please update me & clear my doubts or should I stick to just another Nokia E90?

I had my P-1 for two weeks now, I only had one crashe which is a bad signe.
The internall keyboarde is very small, even when using reading glasses.!
Writting SMS in a language different than English in the P-1, is a bet troublesome,
When reciving a diverted call, it only show’s it for few seconds then the word divert disappear,
Why not show it all the time, also mark those numbers in the call loge whith some sorte of signs to show that they are diverted calls?!
The disigne of the phone is nice, and I know that S.E. is traying to have as many things as they can in that small phone,! It’s a tough task,,!! but I am sure they will finde a way !!

            Hi Kyo,
Yes, you can use P1i to connect to Internet, via the provided software (Sony Ericsson PC Suite for Smartphones). Then, select Mobile Networking Wizard to configure & connect. It's recommended to subscribe to unlimited data usage contract to avoid surprises when you receive your phone bill later... ;-)

The P1i is a brilliant phone. I have had mine for over a month and it has never crashed. It is definitly more stable than the P990i. The only disadvantage for me is that the 'find' function in the contacts menu which is in the P990i was not carried over to the P1i. That is a very powerfull function which should not have been omitted on a business oriented phone. I am sure the Nokia E90 has that function but the phone is too bulky.

Is it any Scanner inner P1? My local newspaper in Ind tell that. It is for scanning business card.

                      To ABID,
IT's loud and clear enough to enjoy listening to music with your friends in a gathering.

                      To UNKNOWN,
Its qwerty keyboard is fun but you need a day or two to get used to it and know how to type with it fast. About the T9, P1i has T9 too. So if you've problems with its qwerty, you may be able to use its T9.

                              Hello P1i owners,

I think mine has a problem. When I use the camera the image on the screen viewfinder appears in slow motion if I move around (very bad refresh rate, especially in dim light conditions). This surely didn't happen with my P990i! Help please Thanks in advance!

                                  hi,
The navigation key(JOG DIAL) is the best thing Sony has got. Its makes things easier.
And the QWERTY keyboard frankly speaking its a pain in the starting but when u get used to it its eas and fast to type.

Does anyone know whether you can do day to day tasks like texting and phoning without using the stylus? And are the menu icons big enough to use you finger instead of the stylus? I like the phone, and am thinking of getting on, but don't want to have to always use two hands to operate it all the time.
