it has a great 3D accelrator that support microsoft openGL think what an amazing 3D graphics will be in the present of openGL but the design is really ugly the red stylus the buttons design is 4/10 features 7/10 ease of use 9/10 better stick with my P990i

This phone has a great future, it obviously should be a hit for atleast 2 more years [like the SonyEricsson p900...]

Why is SE not launching anything outstanding as Nokia has been. Lately they have taken EDGE out, I see they are mainly focusing EU, but US is still EDGE, and it's quite imporatant to us. Also data plans are much cheaper in states than in EU.

P1 looks promising but is likely to be haunted by old memories of dodgy software problems exhibited by P990i predecessor. Sadly, SE hasn't done much to allay these fears. Personally, I prefer to wait and see

you peoples that say the p1 is better then the n95 cant read features or are just stupid peoples yes you to many thing missing on this phone to say it s the best it s a good phone yes but not a universel phone per exemple n95 can support hsdpa wcdma bluetooth a2dp wi fi b/g quadband 3.5mmjack output tv out fm radio easyer to use interface then sonyericsson symbian os
ok look at the e61 or e61i
all nokia e series have blackberry connect
for the office .
se no black berry connect
the only thing good i the symbian os

peoples dont mind about not having sertain features on the p1 yall crazy all in one nokia n95 has every thing but some peoples want half of what a e61 or n95 can do specially in america SE is not ment for canada thatks SONY nokia will have more symbian phones in canada
even samsung has symbian phones whats the deal samsung are fragile . so SE what are you waiting for looks like se dont care about nokia users they only aiming new symbian users . ho cares ok without wi fi g connection is shorter range and not as strong as g this phone wount work in my basement it dose not have 850 mhz and now we have 3.5 g here in canada 6 times faster then umts or wcdma and n95 dose what no phone dose have is tv out and 3.5 mmjack audio output
ericson help rogers make the hsdpa 3.5 g network in canada wheres sony with there phones ??? fido discontinued the p910i it dint have 850 mhz , whats wrong with se.

sorry SE but nokia symbian phones destroy yo p1 from the e90 or e61i to the n95 SE has alot of work to do .

no memory stick duo pro up to 4 gb
not good to make business with america this phone
merica 850 is missing , dont buy this phone in canada se cant make pda s for canada . now all nokia symbian phones are quadband .
bad phones SE lern from the pros nokia .

Surely the P1 replaces the M600i and not both M600i and P990i.
I think there will be a replacement for P990i at the end of this year.
It's a shame it doesn't support HSDPA.
I still don't like the rocker keys.I prefer full qwerty keypad like the Nokia E61i.
Anyway,I have just ordered E61i sim free.

Must be under $500 at América.
No 3.5 mm jack. No HSCSD. No Edge
No stereo speaker. Video CIF at 15fps no good enough. No TV out.
This Mobil can be compared with Nokia n80 released 1 year ago!! wtf is wrong with SE?
Anywayz nice design to me.
gonna be a good deal at Mexico.

fantastic handset, however, i wonder why they only made it Wi-Fi 802.11b, and not g aswell.
