the P910 is still a great phone. I've had it for more than a year. Have to .say I am very disappointed with the new P990 so I'll stick to my P910. A really great phone. Anybody wanna seek advice about how to get the best out of it can e-mail me at jeddak@vodamail.co.za

I have been using that phone for 1 year now and I am completely DISSATISFIED. It was great at first to have a touch screen phone, after being a big fan of Nokia, with alphanumeric keypad only.
After getting used to the SE P910i, u can notice the big disadvantages behind the touch screen advertising.
- Camera quality is so low, that I don't even use it any more. Prefer not taking pictures than using this camera.
- Speed when switching between apps is horrible. Switch between sms and phonebook for example, without any other apps running.
- It takes the BT hell of time to detect other BT phone/PC. Experience with Nokia phone is heavenly faster.
- Bug with BT. Phone hangs when pairing with PC on some occassions. It even hangs when pairing with the recent P990 phone.
- Not shock resistant. My phone fell down after 10 months usage, for the first time. I then noticed that I lost recently added contacts. Office softwares that I uninstalled, appeared back. (Hun ??? Miracle).
Conclusion: this model is out of the market anyway but if u get one to buy new or second hand, I advise you buy Nokia phone.
Am shifting back to Nokia. Previously hand 3210, 2100, 3100, 6101, 6230, 8210, 7610 and some other models i forgot and my big mistake was to shift to SE P910i.
N95!!! Please await me. Am coming!!!

My P910 suddenly stopped working its keypad. Does anyone knows what is the reason, Virtual keypad works fine.

YUP. p910 can support .3GP files,in fact i usually use that kind of file for my videos.maybe the files u played are corrupt.

p910 works with 2gb memory only
don't buy 4gb of higher. it doesn't work

After uninstall KAV and reinstall SimWorks and reboot, my SE p910i has blocked in start-up logo. Don`t ask for PhoneOn/fightMode but i have the taste sound.
I need help to recover all my dates from my phone.

Well dear SE site says it can support at max 1GB n i'm currently using it. ya can always give a try to 2GB or also 4GB but in either case the performance speed of you fone will decrease drastically so it wub be better to stick to 1GB otherwise if ya can bear da delays in execution of da programs then 'tis your choice dear.
Well as far as Pak is concerned the price for 1GB card is Rs.900 or even less(but quality does matters mind ya) no idea 'bout others

hi dear , well bro sorry to say but it ain't da problem wid da fone actually i've experienced dis sort ov problems wid ma fone and got exactly wot was da matter when i got ma 128mb mem card dead. well bro 'tis actually da problem of mem card coz da mem card ya wud be using is (sorry to say) non-genuine and tell ya wot it'll be dead after a couple of months or so apparently it'll look fine but in reality it ain't like dat, well you might hav notice one more thing : if not then plz check it you'll definitely find the difference the problem is " if your mem card no matter whether duo or duo pro is non-genuine (most probably one with china lower class made) then the speed of your phone also gets slow you can check it.when you would have tried to open media player or messages folder it wud hav taken more time than usual ya can always give it a try by removin' da mem card n restarting da fone widout mem card or with the genuine card that came wid da package and then accessing different softwares to test wot i'm trying to say, so da better option is to buy a mem card which doesn't give ya the disk corrupt error when inserted in fone on mode(hot swap)"

Can anybody tell me that whether I can add 4GB memory stick which is currently available to my P910i or am I limited to 1GB max ?

Hi everyone,
I have face a mysterious problem with my p910's new 512 memory stick duo pro card. it some time does not showing any thing resided it and system showing "D: Corupted". the card showing every thing after a period of time without any fixation on it. Can any one help me on this issue? Please reply me.
