the phone doesnt download sis and rar fiole you need to have it zip and then download it .. now also make sure you have a "fileexlorer" program for you to unzip the file you downloaded and if the file is really on a sis or rar file i suggest upgrade your program have the sis security deactivated i had mine deactivated by a fried who is a programer we got the file from the symbianize.com and as far as i can remember there is also the same program on mobile24.com hope you have time to research ...

you installed the flash improperly so you need to reboot and reprogram the phone becasue you already touched the main OS of the p990 sorry... you need to make sure before you update and upgrade people already experience it and if you are after the flash program to watch youtube and live streaming just download the latest BOLT browser 2.2

JaneRN, 22 Nov 2010I've been using 8 gb memory card since 2008. I still use it... morehey jane can you tell me how do you confgure hotmail and gmail mail client on the phone. i have set it up but when i go for get and send emails i get an msg "server error".
also when using internet the battery runs out really fast. will the prblem be resolved if i replace the battery.
and how do you play youtube videos
i know these are two many qyestions but i will appreciate you help

This message appears everytime i try to open,instal,uninstall an application.
Whats advice can u offer.
Also me phone keeps on rebooting and telling that its needs to restart to improve its performance. Also the battery keeps on charging eventhough I already disconnected it from the charger.

Actually i am download a new thems. [Animated Clock] but the clock is not working [still image]showing, but when i restarted my mobile to improve the perfomance .... my mobile never starting , the Sony Ericssion logo is showing .. but the phone don't getting start...
My friend is tell me to make FLASH [software run]but] after the phone is started but now its shows insert sim card

Got problem with my P990 and need system update. problem is step by step procedure requires insert cable holding down button key 'C' and i dont have outer flip keypad. What alternative key in qwerty keypad to use.

Lucky, 13 Nov 2010Please my p990 does not browse with de default browser so n... more@Lucky, you need to backup your mobile content, then system-reset the phone as it came from the shop, then restore the backup & you're good to go. Hope that helps.

please search using a computer disk cleaner and cap switch application as far as i can remember it was in the getjar.com or mobile24.com just google it once you install this 2 programs go to the capswitch and there is an option there "capswitch off" click that and then go to the disk cleaner and dropdown option will tell you clean c:/ or clean phone memory.. this will clean the undetected file on your phone even if it shows you have space in your memory card and phone memory the problem of the p990 is it keeps a record of everything so the disk cleaning will remove that backup files
