This looks like a great phone, although abit big, it seems great. Could anyone let me know whether it has an HTML , Javascript, Frames Internet browser, and also does it have a MS Word/Powerpoint/Excel viewer and editor? Much appreciated thanks

as a sonyericsson P series fun,,I cant realy wait for P990..as usual sonyericsson made the compitition lot harder for other companies..they have to work harder..I was already thinking why P series have a average camera,without flash and low resolution.. but they have finaly made the best one..THANKS SONY ERICSSON

This is certainly a wonderful phone. I had actually been waiting for this next generation phone from SE. They should quickly get developers of various applications so that at lunch every thing should look okey. SE should borrow a leave from Treo 650 in the software department. SE should ensure that the processor speed is okay with various applications. Moreso, as SE fan, I want to see it at the top of all communicators throughout 2006.This must have phone should come at an attractive price please.

SE P990,t's simply a great phone.I will surely buy it to add to my collection of p800,p900 and p910,but please remove that QWERTY key pad,and install the bigger display,and include that touch screen QWERTY key pad,like that of the p800,and 900,which was great and very comfortable to use.

I just got a P 910i and started to get the hang of it & falling in luv with it. Now u announce P990. I had the intusion dat nxt phone wud be 2MP cam, 3G and WiFi. Welcome P990

thanks to sonyericson 4 this new handset.
i really like it i love this set. coz i alredy used the p800,p900,& p910i.
now i am keen to have this phone. i am just waiting for this handset. so wenever it will come i will buy it. i am just waiting 4that day to see this handset in my hands.
coz this handset got each & every feature.

Da bomb!!WLAN, More res, more internal memory, megapixel camera. Great features, and i love SE OS. After having the P800, P900 and now the P910, im look forward to getting this one too even though i still love my P910i. Too bad about the smaller screen though. Now that we (PX users) are used to the unique size of our displays, we will have to settle for this one, which by the way has a higher resolution and may surprise and even shock us. Great stuff Sony-Ericsson. Keep up the good work.

wow another spectacular phone you can tel by the specs. I hope it doesnt cost that much. I hope its price will nt be so high.. i hope all of us can afford this Dream phone

great and wonderful phone.but the only thing is that the screen is small.so can the qwerty keyboard be removed?

lol as i said tons of time they wont make a 'PERFECT' phone 4ever.. this phone is good enuff anyway 16mil colour is just the same to me lol :X 256k is enuff for me.. the internal memory = good , features = good i think so.. and nice design to me :D Nokia BOOO go home drink milk PLS!

That's A good Phone..But i'm disappointed about the screen.It's smaller than the P910.So For me it's better to have the P910.

AT last!!!!! the time has arrived well not not till next year, but the new P990 looks very cool, I have the P910 and it is the best phone by far. A lot of people are complaining about the screen size when it is in fact bigger!! they have shaved the top off, I love the new cam with flash..YES!!. I am not keen on the imbeded keyboard, that is pointless and would of given an even bigger screen!! come Sony Ericsson ditch the keyboard!! apart from that I can't wait to get my mits on it,...

this phone is suck and also the phone size is very big and can kill a dog. anywhere please support NOKIA N SONY ERICSSON model start with k....................^.^

The back of the phone is not so good. The back must be like p900 or p910i, because the plain back is sign off simplerety.
It does not look over.
One more thing is that the screen of the phone is small than p900 and p910i.
I think that only 3g and memory is the main features of this fone.
Basicly the look of the fone is not so good.

Really cool phone, so what's up with all the complaints about the screen being smaller? It's still a higer resolution than the one on P910. Higher resolution is always better. ;)

P SERIES OF SONY ERICSSON ROCKS!!!! and with the new installment of this phone, this baby has everything... i'm a big fan of the P-SERIES of sony ericsson from p800 to my latest phone p910i, i hope this phone will satisfy my as much as its predecessors. cant wait to test this baby.....

I'm a big fan of SE since I started using P900 and currently using P910i. I was a bit disappointed to see P990 with smaller screen, keypad looks awful. I don't know either why SE is so disperate insisting to include the QWERTY keyboard since the unit is already a touchscreen. We need a screen like the P910i. P990 is good in terms of its new features - I really love it.

It really the best one for the smart phone , especially it just up grad the camera up to 2.0 megapixell, 3G, flash, the phone size a little bet smaller then befor , it easy to carry , or put in pocket ,I really want it ! but I don't know how much will it sale in my country phone shop ,hope i can effort ,
