The last thing I have problems is when I try to affix my 8GB memory with a 3gp movie. I can't watch it. It always has problems when I play the compatible movie to this phone. If its not software which I already checked then its the phone it self.

This Phone is one of the best there is in the market.
I have used mine for over a year now and works great! I changed the Memory Stick from its original 64MB to 8GB standard Memory Stick. Wow! Its a whole great multimedia experience.
The only problem I see is its keypad- easily rubbed of of continuous use. One year and now its scratched of. My oh my. Moreover, If I were Sony Ericsson I would have maximized the use of its monitor or entire screen area for the entire use like when I flip open the cover to access the QWERTY keys. Other than those, The Phone is great.

The camera in image mode had a good quality but i would rather say not to video mode it seems that the quality is low. Can anyone tell me if i have to adjust or any software that will need to download to make my video mode satisfy me?

Where is your charger that comes with the P990i? If you lost it, I would recommend you buy the same charger for this unit. I'm afraid using other type of charger might burn the motherboard of your P990i (sooner or later).

You should have thrown your N70 ages ago and go for P990i. This phone is perfect. I've been using this since it was released more than 2 years ago but I never changed it, the rest of my phone like Nokia, Samsung, other SE models also I have changed them every year but I will keep my P990i until its life.

someone please help me.. i've been using my p990i for almost 2 years now, i've never had any "major" problem with it aside from time-to-time hanging where i need to remove the battery for it to work normally again.. aside from that its an ideal phone for me (for now) what my problem is i can't charge it using similar chargers for SEk320 anymore, i used to borrow my tita's charger and it works perfectly with my phone but now it doesnt work with it anymore.. huhuhu.. i charge my phone using the USB cable attached to my computer... i dont know what happened with it... should i buy my own SEP990i charger or should i have it fixed instead?... if anyone knows how to solve this problem please help me... thanks!

It is not ideal to use the front camera to take a picture as the camera has a very low resolution and the fact that this camera is dedicated only for video-calling. I advice you to use the back camera with a portrait guide near the lense to focus your self properly and it has a better and decent pixel resolution.
