this the worst phone that i have ever had because it has a very low memory in its hard disk considering that it is a PDA. it shou8ld have had a larger memory in its hard disk because i really had to buy a 8gig memo stick together with it which was a big problem for me because i only budgeted my money that time just to buying the phone.... yahhh.... they gave me a free 64MB memo card but it was not a help since i have a lot of pdf+ files in my n95 that needs to be transferred to it.. . . . . i hate this phone .... why did they make a PDA with a very low internal memory.... i think it was better that i bought the n95 8gig before hand. . . .

i just bought the new w960i without chinese support, i was told we got to download from a 3rd party, any suggestions.

I have already experience P800,P910i but before i bought my P990i i always dreamed of it bec this was my dream phone then when i already have this phone I am Very very Happy that I have this fone!!This fone is a good high quality pda fone..Im from the phils and i am a Pseries lover except for the P1i bec of its calculator look a like or m600i look a like.P990i is much better than the P1i because its very hard for consumer to use this P1i.I didnt experience any problem with my P990i except for the back button,call button,nore button and the cancel button is getting fade already but not that much..All I can say is This Phone Really GooD!!!i want to uprade my Memory card to 8gb!!!!!!waaaaahhhhh!!!

horrible phone.hang again, so slow to restart. very slow in every move.
wifi hard to connect, why ?? just too slow in every move .

Bulky? remove the flip at once as it only adds confusion and stability problems. Then change it with a dark theme and install linkboy 1.4 and it looks very handsome and professional.

this phone can handle up to 8GB... I'm from the Philippines and the price of 8GB MS Pro Duo is 4,000.

I've had this phone for a while and I found no issues. I don't expect it to be "super fast" because it's a smartphone.
WIFI, 2 MP Camera w/ autofocus, PDA style phone... What else do you want? Bulky? It looks professional compared to P1 w/c looks like a pocket calculator.

waaaaahh my MXe-60 xenon flash cannot be used with this phone... it's led flash sucks.....

firmware reduce some bugs but why so slow. stumbling thru every change of function, interface , download from web v difficult. sometime cannot. told that internal memory v poor. WHY DON"T SE FIX phone before sale. CRAZY to need to delete all info stored n download firmware when THEY CAN DO IT IN FACTORY OR SHOP. SO EXPENSIVE >

correct! some important operations are slow but i managed to adjust now. The only thing I can't forgive Sony Ericsson is that starting a simple SMS takes to long FOR NO REASON! I'm in a hurry and Im so annoyed waiting 10 seconds before i can write a single word SMS! It's top speed is 5 seconds which is still too long for a simple application. What's more dissapointing is that there's no reason why it should take too long. Even i turned off handwriting recognition and only 10 person in my phonebook. Why???

it's Persian font (Arabic too) copy Resource folder into your memory card (not in phone memory, be careful).
now you can read arabic words.
with (Farsi keyboard UIQ3.htm) you can type Persian (Arabic too) and copy-pase it in every where you like.
