White paper:
http://www.geocities.com/dxreaper/Faktablad_S700.pdf
It does not have stereo speakers but it supports stereo playback via headset.
Yes, the S700 like all SE phones can just send and receive files without software. Just plug and play. Via USB, IR, Bluetooth or Memory Stick reader.
The S700 uses Memory Stick Duo which only goes up to 128 =(.. The best would be the double Memory Stick Duo or something which has two 128mb storage. Need to push a button or somethign on the Memory Stick to swith storage. Would be nice if it had Memory Stick Duo Pro which supports 1gb... oh well..
No HTML browser but XHTML and WML.
Remember, the S700 is NOT a smart phone, it's only a Multimedia Phone.

to dmx, does this phone have stereo speakers? and for the memory stick, is it possible if i store some files inside, and bring this phone to another comp, and transfer to that comp just by the usb cable..or must i install some sort of software for that comp as well...what about nokia 7610, is it possible to do that? and what's the maximum storage of memory stick supported by this s700? or it can be as large as the memory stick is...

The S700 will be cheaper than the P900 and in terms of hardware, the S700 is much better than teh P900, but the P900 has better software and is positioned in a higher class than the S700. The S700 is just a good multimedia phone. It's not a PDA phone.

There IS radio on the S700 to that unkown fella who's talking cock. I know more about this phone than you do =)
It's clearly stated on the White Papers of the S700 that there IS a built in FM Radio with 20 preset channels =)...

All Sony Ericsson phones lacks MMC is because they are a Sony and uses the Sony Memory Stick Duo =P
As for someone asking about the User Interface of this phone, it's using it's own (Sony Ericsson) interface... words are that Sony Ericsson has the best standard non smartphone interface around... so I would assume that the S700's interface could be quiet good, but I doubt you'll be able to install your own applications unless it's Java.
As for Hano...
If price doesn't matter and all that matters is hardware, why not look at Sharp? I heard they have phones with very good screen and camera... but not sure about software.. if you want somethign soon, maybe K700?..
