First off, i would like to sit and laugh a while about the first post about this phone. If you have seen it they coment about the Nokia 7370, i looked at that phone and it was hideous plus it was impractical, no buttons available when closed, what the heck is that? Anyway I just got the phone and i love it, but the problam is i am the type person that has to have everything possible on the phone, i was wondering if yall had any suggestions for some cool apps, that are free. Thanks.

if so alone he/she had radio and that it supported memory sticks but big in memory...

The Max memory this phone takes is 128MG. This phone doesn't accept the Pro cards.

can i put in a 512 mb memory stick duo pro card in the phone?

I didn't like the phone at all..
Cons:
1. Low battery life.
2. Memory stick limitations. You have to use only Memory Stick Pro (not pro duo).
3. It won’t support more than 128MB memory stick.
4. No option to switch on the Speaker while you making a call. After other person picks up the phone then only you can activate the speaker.

da fone is great!!very happy wit it it holds a memory card up2 128 mb so like 40 songs wit the fone memory too which is 30 mb and u dont download any songs u send it via bluetooth or infrared to da fone from da comp or u put the memory card in da comp or a card reader paste the songs in da card and put da card in ur fone camera is excellent no complaints whatso ever except no radio and limited memory 9 on 10

can i set a personal message (sms) tone with this phone? like any other nokia could set a personal msg tone, but samsung can't.

im confused can i treat this phone like an mp3 player or does it just mp3 ringtones if i can treat it like a mp3 player how do i download music

I love this phone! It is endless entertainment. Great features, and beautiful pictures. Definately the best phone I've ever owned!

this fone is good...very good...i like it but i dont know where 2 get di drivers for the data cable...this is the bes fone i have ever had its neat the onli problem is the weight...ther wasnt any justice for th weight,,,its kinda heavy on my pockets......camera quality is sweeeeeeeet.......an the bes idea i hav ever seen for camcorder mode its a sweeeeeeeet fone.........but y does it only go up 2 128 mb an the 128 memory stick doesnt work........y??

Hi Bubba,
People with older phones can't turn off the shutter sounds. (can they update the firmware?...I don't know...) If you have a newer one just look under camera settings for shutter sounds and turn it off.

I bought the s710a today and the Cingular sales stooge told me Sony Ericsson is coming out with a newer model before end of this year. Anyone else here this or was it just sales blabber?
Wonder if it will take a PRO Duo if so?

For all of you who R part fish like me. I'm ordering these cases. One you can talk through. the S710 with the shutter button on top, will work in the 30 meter underwater case!
