i'm from indonesian so i'm sorry if my language is bad.
i have many question 4 this phone
1 many people said that this 4 doesnt have equalizer and the sound is bad, is it true?
2 it has adobe reader but trial version 15 days, is it true?
3 does the cd have converter to convert the video
4 how does the camera quality? gsmarena said that it has beaten by samsung pixon?
5 how does the quality? it is better than n 97 coz the price almost same with n97 with has just 5 mp??????????? please answer my question.

Well.. the great thing about symbian is that they have firmware updates.. hopefull SE will update the stupid Firmware.. the Idou does not suck actually.. it has all the specifications as the iPhone.. only problem is ... lousy OS

Almost all the reviews on the net on Satio were done using the black version. This is just a way of trying to hit back at SE. I think its more to do with the global shortage as the demand for this is really high. Its even going to be better when X2 release tomorrow.

HELOO GUYS
I HV NOTICED THT in sony phones fourm lot of people comes like fool samsung fan boys, fool nokia fanboys etc etc
and make lots of comments against sony as if they r always under some threat from SONY
but no sony fan is seen in samsung fourm or nokia fourm bcoz
we know SONY is best they also know this tht's y feel attracted to sony and come here but never accepts this fact
we sony guys dont go there bcoz there is all sh*t
CONCLUSION: SONY IS BEST AND CENTRE OF ATTRACTION every one want it but some cant afford and some r too loyal fools .

((((and dont worry in reality as usual a sony wiht less color will look way better than any nokia or samsung))))
i dont know y nokia and samsung even with more color looks so infirior to sony i think they need to learn a lot from sony

just read the shocking news for Sony Ericsson that the Carphone Warehouse as stopped selling the Satio,so really bad news again for Sony Ericsson an this might mean loads of money wasted on supposed to be a top class mobile,an will this news decide if Sony an Ericsson finally go both ways now

You disappointed me dude...
1. Depends on ur taste
2. Omnia HD has better sound quality both on headphones and loud speakers(look at both phones audio reviews
3. u right but HD has bigger display and more powerfull battery those are the reasons made it heavier
4. maybe just the still camera
5. same with omnia HD
6. Dont know what it is...
7. U right but its way under powered as described in the review, also hd has a powerfull LED flash
8. Omnia HD "HAS GOT" the tv out both via cable and via DLNA(read the specs again)
9. u may right but the HD display is still readable
under direct sun compare to many TFTs but its second to none indoors
10. Media browsing?? what do u mean?? HD is a great media browser and even plays HD videos in divex/xvid format right out of the box
But satio is good phone too...

which part is better?
its old fashioned TFT + resistive touch in compare with the marvelous capacitive amoled on omnia hd, or its mono speaker vs stereo on omnia or maybe its 1000mah battery has more power than the 1500mah again omnia hd or...
the only part seems quite better(on the paper though) is its 12mpxls camera. BUT, does it record videos in HD? or even D1??
sorry dudue but u better to read their specs twice before making any comments/comparison...

The Sony Ericsson Satio has been pulled from sale in the UK at the Carphone Warehouse. The reason for the recall is being cited as software issues. an all too common problem for Sony Ericsson handsets over the past year or two. Interestingly though Carphone Warehouse is continuing to sell the silver variant of the handset, it's only the black version that has been withdrawn from sale. There is as yet no word of whether this recall affects other retailers in the UK or indeed other retailers in other countries. Sony Ericsson themselves will not be keen on having their current flagship handset withdrawn from sale, especially so close to the Christmas shopping period. Sony Ericsson have been trying to put their previous history of buggy and defective handsets behind them and this latest episode certainly won't help those efforts.

i have had it since 1 month ago
only UI is not very good compare to TOUCH FLO AND TOUCH WIZ BUT STEEL BETTER THAN N97 UI
camera is excellent
video is very good
touch is the best in resistive category
music quality is very good but w995 is a little better
media center is very modern
battery performance is normal last for 2 days in normal usage
it can support 32 GB micro sd cart easily
it is very fast thanks to 600 mhz cpu but steel iphone is faster 2 times
it has open GL 2 and you can play HD games in satio
it has tv-out
the design is the best near iphone
screen quality is very good because the screen is 16m color screen and support vga
GPS navigation is good too but it is not very sensitive
overall it is the best for now
a way better than my uncles iphone and my GFs omnia hd
