this forum is becoming better since now there is more users that have already owned the phone and there help is very much appreciated.
can someone confirm the photo quality that satio produce,as i seen most of the picture samples and they seems to look noisey.is this true or the samples that i seen is from prototypes??
I am getting this phone next week ,so any help will be much appreciated...THx

Me, 13 Oct 2009I am thinking of ordering this phone for a few reasons one ... moregot my satio yesterday and the first thing that i did was to check the audio quality. my observations are ( since i am not a audio geek so i may be mistaken)
1 stero cross is great
2 filter graphs are very good.
3 much better audio then 95,n82, even omnia HD ( as i am having this one as well)
4 speakers ( handsfree) are not very powerful but good.
5 There is no equalizers so no mega bass
6 installed powermp3 and its worked like a charm
7 camera is just great.
8 back is fingerprint magnet. so please laminate it or use some satin cloth.
9 overall camera....oops phone ( lol) deserves to get 8.5 out of 10
10 the negative points are
a- not spledid built quality
b- no standard audio jack
c- since i have Omnia HD i can say that i wasnt impressed with screen. it may be good for newbee but for a person who have used capacitive and amoled screen, its just ok. ( when i saw the omnia HD screen for the first time i said wow)

Hmmm I dunno why so many ppl say NO 3.5mm headsocket.It's got a converter.
With mine I got the usual SE strip connector with a mic block to insert a 3.5mm , so you can put what ever cans into it you want.
Sure it's not a 3.5 direct into the unit but its incorrect to say it's not got the ability to accept a 3.5mm. It's just converted, thats all ! And if you get an incoming call with your cans on then you're already to answer it.

Anonymous, 13 Oct 2009Satio doesn't have optical zoom as it doesn't have a retrac... morebecause the higher the resolution, the less you will lose with a digital zoom. its simple math, more pixels in the image the finer the picture. you zoom digitally and you have less loss of the finite details

m8910 has unrealistic colors....
satio has better details and better macro....colors are realistic too...the only con of satio is noise...
i`ll remind you that satio is not using Exmore CMOS sensor....

I was cracking up when you had to bring up the iphone 3gs and saying that you tried it for a few days and you didn't like it because you had to stop driving just to make a phone call, hahahahaha. That is just utter silliness. First of all, it shouldn't be a problem with the iphone on making a call while driving. I've done it several times. Also, you can call via voice on the iphone as well, so there's no need for you to stop driving, which proves that you don't know what you're talking about. Hey silly, go ahead and promote your satio. It is a cool device, but don't cook up some silly scenarios against the iphone.

Do you think Windows Mobile is the best OS? Winmob even can't support 16Million colours screen, I know it is not really important, but is a shame! I think Android will be the king of OS-es. :)
