Interesting news!!!
I saw 2 VERY interesting phones from SE, is about waterproof phones, I have the proof, but I can't publish the link. Their codenames are Susan, and Sunny. One phone is slider, and the another one candybar. We will see them, if the phones are not concepts. :)

Actually that phone is NOT a smartphone, so forget the CPU, it is not even mentioned here. It is mentioned when we talk about a smartphone, like the Satio. The K850 is very good, and very fast, I am planning to buy one, it is available even now. :)

I would be happy with a high quality tft screen and resistive touch screen. Have used them in industrial applications for several years, they are my prefered system when external factors come into play but we all have our opinions

And the SE li-po batteries are the worst thing on the market!!!!!
X1 had a huge probem because of the batteries.
Li-po battery looks good on paper but it has to ba manufactured correctly.
second: 1000mAH is just for a TFT screen 3.5˝NOT enough !!!!!!!!!
TFT s.cks!!!!!
Drains battery!!! and SE fixed this problem by puting a small battery in to this model :))))

But mind u...even the best resistive screen is no match for the worst capacitive screen...its really advanced technology...and where comes TFT & OLED...well TFT has better sunlight legibility than OLED but even with the highest brightness settings the TFT can't beat the OLED with its lowest brightness settings...let alone the amazing picture quality of OLED Screens...and mind u...the less capacity memory card u use the faster your phone is...so its really important to at least have 8GB internal memory nowadays on your phone...hope this creates some sense in some people...
P.S. I don't mean to be rude...sorry if it seems so...

To demonstrate a 1 billion USD loss:
look at the last 10-15 currently released SE phones and look at the last 15 LG and Samsung models.
How many you would take / able to use.
Idou and X2? one or two SE? at best. But after the X1 I would not take the X2!!!!
The rest of the SE phones look like old Sagem designs.
on the contrary, LG and Samsung .....
Well, they made profit while SE lost a bundle.

Sony Ericcson released the demo model with limited memory but the production model will have greater memory however it will still as you say be limited however it will be availiable with a hot swap SD memory up to 32Gb.
The TFT screen is resistive meaning that you are not limited to just using your fingers, to this point I have never had any problems with this style of screen.
The SE interface I actually like and I always use blutooth headsets as I hate wires when I am walking around.
The Satio is a great option and I have one on order.
If you want a down side from me I would ask for a multi touch screen. Thats a minor issue when have we bought a perfect product?
