Chances are very LOW that At&t will offer this though. Probably it will be sold contract-free like X1 in the US.

Anonymous, 23 Jul 2009if u think sony will become bankrupt u must be out of ur mind. SE never will die, they have great smartphones, exemple the X2 Vulcan, and the X3, Android smartphone with 1GHZ CPU!!! Sony Ericsson is the best!!!

Damn i cant wait. no new news for quite some time now!!
definitely the best phone so far!!
hope they get the 12mp cam just right, that combined with the user interface you can expect from se this phone will be the king of the hill for quite some time to come!!
we all know se realy needs a good selling phone, this could be make or break time for them.
hope they get it right.

If you hate satio that much, why do you still bother to make an effort and come back here to bash it? Just exactly how old are you? Why are all your actions similar to those of a toddler?
If omnia hd is that good, why don't i see you using it? Just where's your stand? It's not too late to buy it now. Go buy one and post it on youtube so all of us can witness it with our own eyes just how good is this omnia hd of yours. Specs are just something written in black and white. The actual performance may differ. This also apply to satio. So, go and purchase one of those hd contraption and make a review for us. That'll be the easiest way to prove whether all your statements up till now are true or false.

The i8910 HD is out and it's an amazing device. The Satio/idou - terrible names has not been released yet, by the time it does get released it will be nothing special since samsung and LG will beat it to the market with their 12MP phones. The M8920 with optical zoom will kick the ass of any other phone in the camera department. Sony Ericsson sucks, they are crap and Sony will eventually become bankrupt...

One of the main problems of Samsung's video recording was the quality of sound that I've had it with my Innov8 , too . This problem has made innov8 (the best product of samsung) to be behind Viewty and N95 about video recording .
It's the first try of SE to produce a S60 phone . It sounds good , too .

I have the P1i and see this as the perfect upgrade.
My main concern is battery life. Nothing this powerful can be expected to function very long.
