Oh, and to all you people who keep saying "don't bash SE:(", will you please quit whining? WHO CARES? They're mobile freakin' phones! Does it really hurt your ego when someone says bad things about SE? If yes, seek professional help. Please. To each his own, bash whatever you want. I own an iPhone and a Nokia 8310. Bash those all you want ;)

Sony-Ericsson have a monumental flaw in their marketing strategy: namely, introducing a cutting edge phone like this one, but waiting a thousand years to release it, therefore rendering it no longer cutting edge. In comparison, I take the LG BL40: it is unique, they just leaked it and it will be out in a month. This way, the phone will still be interesting for potential buyers. Sony-Ericsson don't seem to grasp the fact that the mobile scene moves quickly, and therefore do not understand what to do when releasing new phones. And by the way, "Satio" is a rediculous name. What was wrong with Idou? sounded a lot less "first-name-of-some-italian-playboy".

5% market sh... morenumber 3 in 2008 isn't it great
Motorola is around a pourcent around SE, LG will be at less or more 5% and samsung with "just" 10% over is number 2
Now compared to Nokia it's ridiculous but in the market itself it's great for someone loosing money compared to HTC or Apple

And yes SE took some contract for low-end phones manufacture and technologies implementation with sagem who is in a crysis why ? have a think a this...

Learn some logic!!!!!
Manufacturing of SE phones are outsourced to several corporations!
Mostly in China!
SE itself does not make any phones (any significant numbers!)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you sure Satio will be made by SE Japan while I read this :

HELOO GUYS
I HV NOTICED THT in sony phones fourm lot of people comes like fool samsung fan boys, fool nokia fanboys etc etc
and make lots of comments against sony as if they r always under some threat from SONY
but no sony fan is seen in samsung fourm or nokia fourm bcoz
we know SONY is best they also know this tht's y feel attracted to sony and come here but never accepts this fact
we sony guys dont go there bcoz there is all sh*t
CONCLUSION: SONY IS BEST AND CENTRE OF ATTRACTION every one want it but some cant afford and some r too loyal fools .

The truth is SE loss again. SE needs more buyers, not more expensive models. When you said 'SE is the best in my heart', money doesn't have that heart.
