In ferbruary 2010 the android 2.0 weapon X will be added to SE portfolio, don't worry man X series is the ultimate brand of SE not the Satio and you will defenitly enjoy it because SE used to have Every year A cyber-shot + a walkman + a uiq mobile + a great midend phone
But this year because of entertainment unlimited SE have Satio(the cyber-shot evolution) + Aino (walkman evolution/unbranded bravia) + the X2 (weapon X because of the dead of UIQ and there will be many thing to learn about this phone) with the android X5 coming in february... + Yari a nice phone that maybe just needed to be a touch screen + Naite a new Idea based on the environment respect
And no CD or manual in smaller boxes made of material that respect the environment

... moreAs you can see that the climax of this forum died down , since the interest of the mob is now on nokia and samsung latest releases. ,
this issue worries me since from feb till today which is almost 4 months we are writting about satio(idou)and there is another 3 months till its released in the market , and on the other hand other companies are continously releasing varios high level phones and with somehow higher specifications
todays trend , people are spoiled to see new products every month and this mentality is growing everywhere .
the only company that does not follow the trend is iphone , only 1 product per year
se falls in the 1 st category of producing many mobiles per year... samsung have spoiled us lately with its coutinous models every 15 days .
so where se is heading to ? to have new models every now and then or to follow iphone ?
satio worries me , its the only mobile phone in the portofolio that i can say it can be hit and aino an w995 to follow , and with se current situation thats to be their hope to stand on or to fall ///
so whats next ? in my opinion they have to find a product like k800 that hit the market and pass all the others with specifications for the njext 6 months period , otherwise what kind of hype will it have in the mass market ???!!!!!!!!!
so se fans and others , what do you suggest that se to do in order to survive ???
and what do you expect to have in 2010 in their portofolio ?????

i almost bet this satio was meant to be a iphone killer.. tho from that time to now many things changed and people want more and smaller!
maybe the next gen after satio! it saddens me a bit not to see hd reording in this baby but i dont film much with the cell honestly..
and besides is SE was to introduce hd recording i dont thing it would stop there is not just a image superiority..but the sound would have to be good also to go along with good image =)
besides if satio is already a prototype.. i can bet SE is already working on the next gen.. on paper that is.. they cannot put all good things on a phone right now.. they have to keep some ideas to the next product as well :D
the only thing i have against touchscreens is that a bit of dust on our fingertips will eventually damage and scracth its screen and is a pain carrying a touch pen along to use instead of our fingers :D its takes space in ur pocket!
but well mates! always clean ur hands before using the satio :P dont scracth it! hehehehe

Nokia is going down too, and with all the boring setsa they are producing its inevitable.
And all those who keep repaeting this d*mb demand about 3.5m jack...go F-U-C-K yourself, I am sick of reading all those noobs posts who just don't get it that with SE you get the best earphones with super audio quality. Because nokia and others don't give you good earphones thats why u need 3.5m jack to plug your own earphones, but with SE sets its NOT needed. And if you still want it that badly..there is always the adapter and believe me it takes no extra effort to plug your own earphones in that adapter. So please stop being such an Assh*le and enjoy the greatest sound quality on this planet.

Nokia, the world's largest mobile phone maker, has reported a 90% fall in profits for the first quarter of 2009.
The company said net profits sank to 122m euros ($160m; £108m) in the quarter, down from 1.2bn euros in the same period a year ago.
The main reason for the slump was a dramatic fall in sales, which were down by almost a third.
Nokia is implementing a cost-cutting drive during the economic downturn and announced 1,700 job cuts last month.
Sales were down by 27% to 9.28bn euros in the quarter from 12.7bn euros a year ago, Nokia said.

Satio will be a LandMark as a TouchScreen Phone
for SE(a better brand for trendy people).
just if SE want to grab the Market.. they have to keep its Price around $600(31000 INR).
it will fail to grab the market on the very first launch coz of high price.. it will be worst latter.

se fans , forget mstl , and forget all the rubbish we receive in this forum .
se is great company and will remain as long sony and ericsson names are there.
as we can see that se has a clam days these days , i beleive that they are preparing something new .
as for satio , se will not do any changes on this phone , it will stay as it was announced in may ,
to engineer a device at this stage and to be able to ship at the end of september it will not have any changes on the lens or the hardware , even the battery will not change . as i said earler , the only changes would be the software and nothing more.
se to start raising its level it should announce something better and higher with exmor lens in a new product that passes satio in specifications .
many people have disappeared in this forum , like se insider who was full of crap .
dont expect many more from se this year . the only thing that we can do is to wait and see their financial results and thats what will pave se future in 2010.

I agree, mstL is a crazy guy. What happened to his NOKIA N97, GSMarena's review is so-so. N97 is a big, big flop, bigger than what happened to N96. I went to N97 forum and this crazy mstL don't have a single post there. This guy should post there and convince all NOKIA fanboys to buy N97. Poor guy tsek, tsek, tsek! I think this creature has already been banned here forever.

Li-lon batteries r crap, n they like to be constantly charged as there always used in nokias.SE mostly uses Li-po batteries which SE always has a good history of battery life.
