As far I know Lg is working on their 12mp. They have already said that. And I believe it's coming up very soon, might be before Satio. I wont be surprised if it comes with full HD. Koreans think alike you know.

samsung release the second 12MP phone

samsung release their 1st 12MP with 3x optical zoom....

The G series is not dead, is a new series. SE sad the Walkman, and Cyber-Shot series will "dead" probably.
The next Xperia phone will be more attractive, the screen will be bigger, 3.2 or 3.5 inch, Windows Mobile 6.5, 5 Mp camera, or 8 Mp. I think 8 Mp. If the phone was developed by Foxconn, the camera will be 5 MP, I think 5 Mp is enough for more people.

i dont care how much its gonna lasts!
besides why you guys think that satio's talking hours and video play back hours and the rest of the data isnt released yet?! BECAUSE THE BATTERY ISNT 1000 MAH
not shut up..
i love this phone badly... now all we ned to check about him is the level of his speakers (if it has good quality and if its loud enough lets say loud like k610 or n95 8gb )
and if the speakers are stereo...
thats somthing im not yet sure about...

Any phone maker who can not match Sony's 1st and Samsung's 2nd 12MP phones will be left behind trailing.

Ok say i want to get ... moreinorder for u to use ur existing sim into this beauty, either you have to buy unlock phone (From retailer, spearate from any carrier) or if it comes with any defined carrier say AT&T then you need to get it unlock, if it comes with Tmobile then you need not worry.
wifi speed is dependent on what protocol is being used and that is based on the chipset of WLAN that is being used. if the chipset is 802.11 b/g then you will get speeds upto 54Mbps theoretically and 20mbps practically, if the chipset supports 802.11n then you can get practical speeds upto 30mbps.
Idou can give you upto 20mbps
for 3G it depends what Transciever chipset, this one has Ericsson chipset which can support HSDPA 7.2mbps and HSUPA 3.6mbps under ideal conditions of network.
remember wifi doesn't gives u unlimited mobility but 3G does.

Ok say i want to get this on the carrier tmobile, would i just simply take out the sim card of my current phone and put it the satio when it comes out?!?! also, whats the difference between 3g speed internet and wifi internet. I mean which one is faster for internet. thanks.

Well what can i say; just have to wait and see.so far the phone look's quite good,Ericsons are always gud phones;*however,i hope they biuld a very gud and loud speaker for gud music and gud built in memory and quick,smooth auto rotation.Also i'm hoping that there is a platform for developers to beta and add features to it.

Wow this phone is amazing. I have a G705 that i use on the American Att Network even with edge and no 3G still gets over 1mb a second somehow tethering. But yeah I think Sony needs to highly market this to ATT because this phone rocks. Combining the Walkman and Cybershot and putting into a a amzing smart phone without windows mobil is great! I carry multiple phones and nothing compares to the call quality devopled by Ericsson and the technology or sonys music and camera interface. And ATT consider adding this as a iphone alternative. I guarntee it would draw a lot of attention and many diverse customers looking for a great interfaced reliable do everything phone. the key word is reliable. sony and ericsson together just works apple just isn't quite there yet. for those of you not in america you know about good sony ericsson choices here in america we buy cheap phones right now because we don't know any better, but just like toyota and honda sony ericsson will sooner or later catch on because they equiptment rocks. check out timtechs.com to buy sony ericssons best prices and excellent customer support.
