Sony Ericsson phones suck! They're like from the 20th century
They have no internal memory (and they don't even give you much on memory card), no 3.5mm jack, no separate USB port (everything goes through the charger), cameras are bad, GPS doesn't work, most of them are dummy, no FM transmitter... Sure there are exceptions like Xperia (which, accidently, wasn't made by Sony Ericsson but HTC), but even Xperia is nothing special
"Hi, I'm Idou, I'm high-end-phone-wannabe, but I don't have 3.5 mm jack or FM transmitter. I FAIL!"
Wake up Sony Ericsson, you are OBSOLETE!

Yeah,i agree iphone 3g is the wonderful phone,best touch ui..but i think u know that iphone's secret why it fast and fluids is iphone 3g powered by Samsung S5L8900 ARM1176JZF-S core clock at 412mhz which has PowerVR MBX GPU,so it can deliver smooth fluid and fast graphics (google it or visit www.pdadb.net)...and ipod audio processor made by samsung

What's going on with the argument?? Anyway I am not going to affected. :)
I like to use great fones. Idou is exceptionally attractive in all ways. So is Omnia HD. It's like each has it's own beauty.
I had used Nokia phones to SE to Nokia to O2 to LG & Samsung. When I give up my O2, I never thought of using a touchscreen device again. With the stiff competition that's going on in the fone market, I am willing to invest in Idou & will get Omnia HD.

I just can't wait till they are available. It will be a long wait.

Exmor/bionz/bravia just se fans fantasy and se gimmick..
And samsung innov8/omnia without "wow" brand like walkman/cybrshot/etc can prove to be the winner..beats all sony brand

I can not imagine that Se will be able to release Idou in a recession without some other company´s help - that means SE will not make a dime on it - only save its reputation.
X1 was released with the help of HTC - but HTC was smart enough not to make it a big success :) SE got really p.ssed.
Now SE is in the same position - but who will be the new partner?
The saga continues. :)

The fact is Samsung, Toshiba, Apple, HTC, LG and even Motorola has some Idou killer just about to be released.
SE˙s best choice to cancel the model and fuse with another company?

SE so incompetent that it hurts just to look at the specs.
and the top of it they keep quite about it for weeks - no announcement that ´Sorry, that was a mistake we will corrected it ˝
I guess they really think 1000mAh battery is expectable - they gotta be i....!
BTW. Many forums and net news writers also unable to understand the logic of SE about this battery thing, not just me.

Why we should not wait for May 28 or what ever:
1: it is only an announcement
2: nothing will be released
3: I (you or anybody) can draw a model and come up with specs
4: SE has the tendency to release the phone late - so late that by that time all the wonderful specs are already or close to outdated ( and thy do it for a high price!)
5: all the design and wonderful specs do not matter if the model is unreliable, has a broken case, buggy, needs service, etc. - see recent great phones like: X1, C902, G900, W890, etc. all with horrible track record.
