Anonymous, 09 May 2009Idou specs very2 inferior compared to omnia hd, omnia hd to... moreyes, omnia HD is fast but it doesnt mean omnia HD is faster than idou..omnia HD has diff operation system with idou...even omnia HD is not like iphone..idou has touch floo or scroll kinetic like iphone..
see the idou picture panel, you can scroll it by once touch then scroll it and the pictures will be scroll it self smoothly up or down without loading even it was on idou prototype with no real processor speed and no grphic chip so retail version will be much..much.. better than the prototype..even i think (my opinion) it can beat iphone...no offense!

Idou's ui is fast and smooth through the fingers, and yes, its interface is much more attractive than omnia hd. Just wait till 28 may!

Some analysts fear Sony Ericsson is spreading its efforts too thinly, and raising its costs, by using three different operating systems for smartphones.
Mr Komiyama says the company may decide to use less than three, but is confident that customers "will be pleased" with the new smartphones.
He expresses interest in Sony Ericsson carving out a niche for itself based on Sony's strength in gaming. He says a PlayStation mobile, building on the Walkman and Cybershot phones, "could happen".

i really think that is a relief you should sell them phones now loads of people would buy it i think it looks better than a iphone but i wonder how much it would cost ? i hope doesnt cost loads any wa goodluck on sellings.

Idou specs very2 inferior compared to omnia hd, omnia hd too powerful...i think idou will be at 2nd class of s60 like n97,
Latest leaked video show that omnia much2 faster and as fluid as iphone,and the capacitive touch works very well and responsive,there's also tv out function thru 3.5mm beside dlna
The pics quality also as good as innov8 now,and the rumours said that it will use the omap 3440 800mhz,,allaboutsymbian also said that at startup there's 176mb free ram,so there's 256mb ram on it + new loudspeaker,some said it's the loudest speaker in mobile
Latest fw also brings touchwiz 2.0 ui,has flash èffect and updateable widget,new 3d games,,and new themes
But it still use s60v5 while idou use newer symbian foundation - s60v5 fp 1

On the other hand some people over here are acting like official SE representatives and assuring people with some imaginary specs and asking people to believe them. And the fact is those SE fans like to believe them and wants to hear more. This forum already became a circus.
