I have been using sony ericsson since T68i (the first phone made joint ly by Sony and Ericsson). The latest phone I was using before Satio was K800. Iused the K800 for nearly 4 years. Then I purchased the Satio, I used for three days only and I sold it. I was so disappointed in particular about its software and its SAR level, 1.58, its too high. Its software is really boring. Even the original old Sony-Ericsson software was much better.

Sony has always been my favorite since the T and P series came out. I can't wait until the successor to the Satio come out. From my Satio.

at beginning i'm very bored use this phone, after i install spb shell software n change my phone font, my phone look like windows phone n htc phone n it look very stunning..now i'm very happy to use this phone becoz i can customize the widget..n also i use orange tsunami homescreen...its awesome...plz try first before complaining

The only good thing about this phone is the camera. Other way is full of errors. I have it for ten months and I was with him in service twice for soft problems. It jams all the time and the solution is to remove the battery.

I owned Satio since the beginning.
This phone is a great camera phone, but it is supposed to be act like a good smart phone.
Sony Ericsson has no experience at all in Symbian OS (at least not as good as Nokia), thus they fail every single smartphone feature in Satio. Lack of kinetic scroll in this modern phone, sluggish responseiveness (slightly improved after the firmware update), occasional crash before firmware update, bad memory allocation, bad network handling, bad default browser, short battery life.
8/10 for a camera phone or entertainment phone (-2 as the sluggish action does affect the phone feature)
1/10 for a smart phone.
Get other phone if you want it to act like a smartphone.

When will Sony Ericsson be coming up with it's reasonable successor for Xperia X2 and Aspen and Xperia X10, X10 mini and pro? Nokia, HTC, Samsung, LG and Motorola has been releasing great phones lately and I mean GREAT (feature and OS wise). Hope Sony Ericsson would also come up a touch screen phone running on their proprietary A200 OS platform. Samsung, LG and Nokia was able to do it. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big Sony Ericsson fan (I own Sony Ericsson Hazel and I love it!) but seems that lately, Sony Ericsson is running out of it's creative juices.

The best feature of it so far is a camera.. i can not recommend any one to buy it aftar two hours its got ana error "Insert sim card" why????

this is the worst phone i have ever had, slow, poor battery life, combine this with orange firmware and i can't wait to change this device to a blackberry...

Satio is the best camera fone until N8 come out.Just look at sample pic of N8,it much more better than Satio.But i dont believe in that until N8 come out and i'll compare camera of N8 & Satio.Satio's design is the best and it 'll be the best IF SE listen to their customer and give more update like Nokia and Samsung did.
A TRICK to make a better pic in darkness and without red eyes: install PhoneTorch app,open it and turn on LED light,then open the camera and take the pic with flash or red-eyes reduct (keep LED light on)...gudluk
