I just watched a video of the phone in action and the touchsreen is not very responsive and the UI is nothing to shout about, its very basic and boring.
The only thing going for this phone is the 12mp camera but is it going to be worth it just for the 12mp camera. I rather use my Canon camera and buy a different mobile phone like the Omnia HD.
The style of the phone makes it look cheap and this phone wont be cheap! It is expected t release in Q2 of 2009 but i dont think thats going to happen... The phone still needs alot of tweaks!

when thi mobile is going to be released???
i will buy this phone at any cost because i love it

When the Xperia was initially released, it was being sold at shops for over $1,000 USD.
Xperia being SE's flagship phone in MWC in 2008, and now the Idou in 2009, it's almost certain that their initial retail price will be very similar.
To beat any decent mobile in today's market, the price of the Idou would have to be around $600 USD to be competitive, especially in today's crashing economy.

I thing in the near future we will see great clamsell phones from Sony Ericsson, with better camera, bigger screen, like in Japan.
