crap u all,jelous off the price,jus bcz u cant afford it doesnt mean u hawe to criticize it!!! i think it will depreciate like a stone,bcz whats happened to iphone includes this too,so why not tryin waiting half a year and it will be as afordable as a soap!xp btw,fantastic phone,best at the time, so u can screw away with ur jaky plastic nokias ant stupid windows mobile HTD'S!!!

it wil be released in a huge price.. it is a crisis now, just some group of people will buy it (rich guy)..people will think twice nowadays to buy things in huge price..
if someone wants a complete fone.. for example, u can go 4 w715, gps wifi good sound etc..
complete fone with good cam.. find c series which must be cheaper than this..
and again, in 2010, the spec like hsdpa, edge, etc.. might be outdated..
it is just some opinions from some people including me.. ^^

SE losing money cuz their designs suck! all their phones designs are so ugly and repetitive not to mention overpriced for an weak phone(cmon are you kidding me? $400 for the k850 when it came out? which has nothing good about it...even the 5mp cam on it was mediocre, not to mention the blue ring of death on it, which i heard all of them get eventually). Even the xperia isnt that great especially for the price... the idou will be their answer as long as they dont screw it up

But not earlier.
SE loses money each quarter. Now there is a financial recession. It will hit the market end of this year.
SE may even close business for a while.
Japan is in a huge financial crisis. IT will get even worst.
600-700Euro phone will not have huge sales. Low sale volume does not make up for the tooling, advertisement etc.
The mean time Samsung HD, Nokia, Motorola etc. will take the potential buyers since they will release their models earlier.
(lets not argue whether they are better phones :))

All you need to do is to wait a year.
Then you can get it for 600-700 Euro, but if you wait another few weeks it will be offered free as the X1 is.
The problem will be if the reception, battery is gonna be like X1.
By tha way, there are some SE reps here - tell us who will built this model?
I am sure it will be not HTC - SE got burned with HTC (X1) Sagem? Sagem makes phones for SE.

Except the specs are not so great.
12mp is not needed if the image quality is not up to it.
Currently this size of CMOS can not, CAN NOT, produce good quality 12mp image!!!!
(look at digital cameras with much larger sensor have trouble producing decent quality.
+++++ the lens this size can not work as well as in a digital camera!!!! Small cheap lens!)
By 2010, these specs are outdated!
