look at those previous phone those are provide by sony..like w550i w700i w810 w995 k550 k750 k800 they are fantastic...but now sony maid those rubbish phones .....not good music xperiance like before...camera not like the same and also durability..

My friend has this phone I don't think the camera is any good. Yes, it says 12MP but I don't think it takes nice pictures (I don't know why).
Also, I found that navigating around the menus was quite laggy.
Don't get me wrong, I like SE and I love Sony (proud PS3 owner) but I don't think this phone is as good as it sounds.

Ndlelenhle, 03 Sep 2010Not very sure if this is your case, but with my C902 I can'... moreHey it is not all that hard, Yesterday i updated my Software, just connect your phone to ur Laptop or Pc, then select the PC Suite mode and also open the Pc suite on your Pc, then from the control panel an icon comes with various option then choose the software update then it will take you to the Browser where you will download a software updater in otherworda the Latest version after that run it then disable firewalls of the PC and Anti Virus hopefully after there it will start the update but make sure u have a good connection plus follow all the necessary steps, the update is about 117 MB, if you make it o any Problem just holla @ me here o via F.Book.'

i dont know why every one is telling that it is a bad ph.i have buy this ph frm t mobile and using this for quite a long time.there is no problem at all.it updates smoothly..the camera is good. .the sound quality is exelent.the net browsing speed is much similar as n900.the only problem is it misses 3.5mm audio jack..and equilizer..the most amazing thing about this set is..u dont need any converter to convert audio and vedio file.i recommed this ph to everybody.

It has to be reliable, and that should explain the 'resolving network connection' window before the actual update takes place.

i have been using satio for last five months.camera is nice only to take snaps outdoor.on dim light red eye issue comes.if i take 10 pfotos in nyt out of 9 is havin red eye problem.i think they hav reduced power of xenon flash compared to se k850. all of my fotos ruined by this red eye issue.they gave more importance for file size so photo quality we are expecting from a 12mp camera is not having.i don't why they are not provide a fix or update for this fon.5800 , n97 etc all are havin very good software support from their company.nokia is providing a lots of apps for their s60 devices by beta labs and v cannot install that softwares on satio.i advice don't go for this fon by seeing camera,xenon flash and symbian os ... u had better go for omnia hd or som android devices from htc...................
in my lyf i never go for a sony handset.

Why SE?This is the best camera fone but the red eye reduct not working.Everytime i take a pic with my friend in the dark,the pic always have the red eyes...please fix it SE...

In terms of the camera, only the HD video recording is better on the Wave than on the Satio. With image quality, the Satio is better without a doubt! The Wave is a smartphone but not a camera-focused one like the Satio so they can't be directly compared. That is why Samsung use the phrase "smartphones for all" and not cameraphones for all...
