If thats the final production ba3 capacity then i am more than mad at SONY.xperia has 1.5amps and its economy is flawless.i am starting to think this phn cant handle hd.

12mp aint crapy its inovation.if this is 1 of d areas SE is beeing respected for sure they wil flex their muscle wit even 20mpx.all we want is a flawless touchscreen camera phn dat wil send shockwaves of succes worldwide and nt forget normal vga at 30fps and hd recording wit it.

This phone has amazing specs i cant wait for it to come out in england. but why only a vga video call camera, 1.3 would be enough.

well , as a proud owner of SE phones , actually this phone is useless from my point of view , 12 MP in a phone >> fast memory consumption , plus i think buying a stand alone DSLR camera with 10 or 12 MP would be much better than getting it all in one , specially that what ever was the power of the resolution , the night photos will always suck because the weak flasher in addition to the limited space for the photo sensors will always make bad photos with high noise , also there is no keyboard which means that this phone will be useless for SMS/MMS/Internet-maniacs like me , if you added also the sympian system to the equation with all viruses specified for this system , so you'll get into another problem of security and protection specially bluetooth hacking ability ... after all i think this phone is classy and good for people who would like to watch movies during flights or making calls ,but it's somehow another imitation for IPhone ... anyway , personally i'd prefer to buy X1 and also get external Stand Alone camera with the rest of the money
other option , i hope that SE can add the compatibility of virtual keyboard to this phone which will improve it way more .. regards

I'll bet you don't know that this phone uses Exmor technology which sony's Digital camera uses. It also has advance camera features like face detection of adult and children. Now, is that recent SE phone a lousy one?

12mp camera is totally useless if the lens is lousy.
The size also limits quality.
