ita a total waste of money n time both... in 3 months,i have visited 3 times the service center. n the service center of lucknow also sucks like ths phone

I already use it. It's not useful for us , cause Sony Ericsson Spiro screen easy to damaged and I think I throw my money for it. Just waste my money !

new user interface & less internal memory & hardware of this phone is outdated, upgrading software does'nt solve this mobile phone problem..., so very bad phone made by SONY ERICSSON & itz price worth 70% less than MRP

This phone is trash. It has a factory defect. Do not waste your money on this phone. Sony Ericcson must have a mass recall for this phone. I bought this phone last month, after a week it started to work improperly. Do not believe in advertising, believe the users.

not good, i am always faccing out of memory problem, & when i start the camera the phone automatically going to switch off.

sorry to say but this phone really s**k.. it got lot of problem in it... i think it's only purpose is to listen to music like WALKMAN.. that's all.. =__=. I've been using one now but thinking of changing to a new phone.

id been using my w100i,for about 2 months, im so very disappointed with this kind of phone since;
- hang, u will restart your phone
- very slow loading, after you restart your phone
- compose text mes-> i think it only accommodate 30 text mes in the inbox, and 30 save mes.

This Phone is kinda nice,,,, but compared to SE Cedar it stinks, and slide phones get broken easily

Guys guys guys - you're putting too much pressure on this phone.
It isn't the worst phone ever made. At its selling price, you shouldn't expect it to work like an iPhone or any other high end mobile phone. It's a cheap phone and it does perform like that. Period.
However, it's waaay better that most phones at this price.
I bought this very recently. Sure, it's got problems. But for what I paid for it, I won't complain.
Its positives are:
1. Good, crisp display.
2. Cool design.
3. Great weight.
4. Small, very pocketable. Ideal as a spare phone.
5. Memory card slot.
6. Voice recorder, radio, Walkman, camera, video and other multimedia stuff.
7. Well designed interface.
8. Nice keyboard with nice orange backlight.
9. Package comes with a screen protector.
10. The Walkman logo!
11. Overall design is laudable.
Weaknesses are:
1. Lags. Messaging not too user friendly.
2. It hangs, yeah. (So I won't recommend that you load it up with too much files - music, photos etc.) Without much of multimedia content, the phone operates better.
3. Prone to smudges.
4. Bad camera. Bad video.
So-to those whining it's the worst phone, do yourself a favor and buy an iPhone 4, a Nokia E7 or a Samsung Galaxy S. You see, to expect greatness in a mobile phone you simply got to pay more. At least 10x more than what you paid for this phone.
I applaud SE for designing this phone with the budget conscious in mind. Those that won't be caring much about the multimedia features but would deem it wouldn't hurt to use it once in a while.
It's a cheap phone. It's great on several aspects. But it's just cheap and you get what you paid for.

im an avid SE user , but i cant understand why SE introduce, this kind of phone.. which has 5Mb internal memory.. you will erase some txt message to accommodate receive new mess.. i suggest you buy the other units of SE.
