i too felt wrong for buying tis phone first. But mow after i updated my phone all drawbacks are working... i can connect internet. install snaptu software , also i can install theme.. if u need to get themes go to zedge.net and u can select themes for w910i and download that and we can use it in siro...... sony is sony.... 1ly drawback is u cannot install flash themes..... only skins can be installed

I work in a celular shop, every spiro i´ve sell have the same problem. I choose not to sell it anymore, worst phone ever.

Worst phone I have ever used. Even after s/w update it keeps on hanging on followed by restarting on its own.

Do not buy this phone. That's from my experience with the phone in 1.5 days.
It gives me messages like "Not enough memory. Delete Messages" and it does not allow me to send sms because of this. There is hardly any sms in the inbox!!! Seems like the issue goes away temporarily after you reboot. The battery is pretty bad too. I have fully charged the phone 4 times by now.
Why does SE put an OLD OS on a 5MB device and a music player when the battery lasts for 4-5hrs with minimal use?
My retailer is going to exchange the phone, as if he knew Ihat I would come back with a lot of complaints. :)

hey guuys u can buy cedar instead
although its loudspeaker output is less
it has greattttt features 3g,300 mb internal, fast loads,minimizing apps.....

Maybe 90% of the comments are really bad about dis phone.. but some are good.. i bought dis phone because im broke and also im in need of one which can last till next year and i entrust dis phone to make it to next year. good luck

i bought my sony spiro 2 weeks ago and guess what today im taking it back!!!!!!!!!! ive always had sony's but this one takes the mick it freezes all the time i get a message i go to view and it takes me bk to my front page and taking a picture is a night mare as it freezes and doesn't save the pic so good bye spiro ive had enough this phone should not be on the market i think

Hello good people, well i know ya'll hav been complaining about spiro being a bad phone.. Yes i know, i got mine yesterday too but luckily before i made spiro my choice i did research. Are these problems you're facing??
-auto-restart
-equalizer changes whenever you pause a music
-weak bass
-no mega bass preset
-constantly freezing.. (etc. etc.)
ALL THESE ARE FIXED IF YOU JUST UPDATE YOUR FRIMWARE!! Ain't that simple??

Plz guy do not purchase Sony Ericsson Spyro internal mem is 5MB only if U use ruffly this will struk and have restrt again
