Bt I... moreMy spiro didn't come with a memory card and i bought a mem card for it in the hope that it would actually speed up - it didn't make it quicker or slower. I was in a phone shop recently and they said they wouldn't advise people to buy spiro due to the bugs. Another company advised that it needs regular software updates (and her iphone4 needs regular software updates - um? that is terrible!)

YeahSpiro is a bad ph..
Bt I did some research..
Format ur memory card and reset your ph..
The hanging problem will reduce to 70%
But never surf internet on ur ph...

this phone is no good it works for about 2 weeks then turns off and when you get a message it comes up blank i will never buy another one.

Don't buy spiro
1)It has lots of bugs, Useless software.
2)It does not support PC Suit.
3)Battery backup is low.
4)All other brands(Nokia,samsung etc.) in this price support PC Suit.

I cannot believe what a let down this phone is to sony ericsson. The phone has no particular way of ordering text messages or phonecalls. You can arrange texts by date but they then go into folders. The time and date is constantly going wrong - today (18th Jan 2011) it told me the date was 20th Nov 2010 - this meant that when messages were ordered by date the folders read "next month" and "next week" - so i'm getting texts from the future am i?
The phone is very slow to the extent that the pre installed screensavers do not run smoothly.
Also - when charging its as if it "forgets" its charging. The charger has to be turned off and back on again to get it to continue charging. Sometimes the battery stays charged for 3 or 4 days and sometimes less than 12 hours with the same useage.
I am looking to replace as soon as possible!

this phone is kind of suck!! coz evrytime i transferred a music or picture in my memory card then it turns on and off!! god!! this phone dont accept a transferred files!! u must download a thing like music then saved directly to the memory card so that it will not turned to on and off!! based on what i had experienced. =]

it is possible to download both pictures and mp3 songs from a computer by using a cable, try: searchmp3.mobi/ and you´ll find lots of mp3 songs there and at: zedge.com you´ll find lots of pictures, this phone ain´t that bad..mayb it helps by if you activate factory-settings once with the phone..

Just got it for a day and its already faulty in less than 24hrs.. Keeps on powercycling by itself.. Not worth it.. Sad thing is that SE doesn't want to fix nor replace nor refund me for it..
