Hi Im Maas fm Sri Lanka. I bought this fone year ago & its still working gud. I love it but wud lik to shift for a new fone with more functions soon.

its a good telephone,i have this phone ,he dosent camera ,but youcan buy one,iys a proplem at this phone , its too ssssssllllloooooouuuuuuuu in the aplicanshon and at the brouse.

It is a mobile cellphone which I switch for because it is so affordable. I brought it after it has been introduced in our country

this is a great phone. i used to have nokia but i switch to sony ericsson because of some of the features. i highly recomend this phone..

it´s a good phone, i before buy a motorola and don´t work good, but the t230 works relly great. Is a good cel phone. Try it

I have had this fone for a year and it has ushered me into the wonderfull world that is Sony-Ericsson!!
Am shifting to the T610 soon thanx to the T230!! With love form Nairobi!!

the phone is cool, exept that the GPRS always flunctuate,also to download RINGTONES&GAMES is a problem WHY

To naresh,
you dont have GPRS in Nepal so you can't download any polyphonic ringtones there. The only option you have is to buy a USB cable and the driver CD for the phone. Then only you can download the ringtones to your phone, since T230 has no bluetooth or infrared, USB cable is the only option you have.

This fone sucks because it is slow to do anything and it has a shotty screen which has bad colours and has the ability to attract dust and all kinds of stuff under it. I would stay away and buy a better fone a bit more (K700i, K500i or K300i). I just brought a SE K700i and it kicks the T230's ass hands down. DON"T DO IT ITS NOT WORTH IT.

This phone isn't very good.
About the slowest interface out there.
You might think that's not a big deal, but how would you feel if it took 1 second between pressing down a key and the phone actually "getting" it.
Clam shell phones have one advantage: the microphone is closer to your mouth. This phone is not clam shell, and I get complaints from friends that they can't hear me very well.

this is a good mobile phone and its nice cheap prise.. atleast good at prise...i have this for last 8 or 9 months and still its going good. but now im going to buy new phone with something extra :) by the way love this phone and i will take it too. thank you!

I've had this phone for about 2 years, and i can't stand it anymore. The interface is very slow, and the whole thing scratches very easily.

u knoe wot tis phone is kinda suk. when u accidently drop it or woteva, da color will change into black stripes n u cant even read or type msg cuz u cant c da letters n numbas. Anyway, tis phone got voice record n nice ringtones too.

The T230 is the BEST phone i have ever owned! lets put it this way. Over the Summer i was at a local amusment park and road a roller coaster called the Mr. Freeze, which shoots you about 50 stories into the air, while suspended in the air my T230 made its way out of my pocket and to the pavement below. Though when i got off the ride i was able to put my phone back togeather & IT WORKED! I will never buy another phone, unless it's a Sony Ericsson!

I have a Sony Ericson T230. My key pad are frozen. I can only turn the phone on. Although all my calls comes through, I cannot answer them because of the key pad. Is there any thing I can do about it?

I've a T230 for like 6 months now and it's been ok.It's got about 900 KB user memory,can record voice (And music) for 15-20 mins if no other stuff is on the phone.It is indeed kind of slow,when writing messages but u can get used to it.It's for talkers not gadget freaks.Battery is good,sound level is good,nice construction etc.Overall good phone ,especially for it's price.Still,i'm accepting donations for a W800.

i cant activate my friggin mms and gprs on the frigging phone. technically my service provider (globe telecom philippines) has no updates on how to turn the friggin things yet!
