I just bought this phone..Man I gotta tell you guys, this phone rocks!!..Hail to Sony Ericsson Engineers..The fact is that its outdated - I dont think so (infrared, bluetooth, camera-I know camera sucks)..apart from its bad camera and low memory this phone has lot to offer..you can download free ringtones, wallpapers, themes, games via infrared/bluetooth right from your laptop/desktop..reception is good never dropped on me so far..display is pale in bright sunny weather but its bright in dark..the glossy case catches the fingerprints easily but the phone comes with cleaning cloth..well what I can say for average man who wants all average the features at an average price then this phone is to go for..

I have a problem with my T610.I download ringtones to my phone from my pc throw the sony software but i cant find them in the phone, if someone can help me i will be mor than gratefull

i would like to buy a t610, but first, i would like to know how much time does it takes to take a picture. I mean... i know it doesn't takes it instantly, but is there more than 1 sec or something like that?

T610, T630 and K750i. These are the best looking mobile phones, especially the last one. The slickest design. Notice how after T610 other manufacturers started using its design?
I own a T610 for about 7 months now. The feel of it is great. The battery is reliable (won't die on you like nokia 2600 when its low) even and goes for 3-4 days. Don't drop it though, because the back is not plastic and it remains bent :(
Hey SONY-ERICSSON!!!! Stop using cheap labour for your phones, it's such a shame because the thinking of the looks and features is great. I'm having some trouble with the keyboard.

nice phone,i used bluetooth to transfer my notes,recording,pictures and other stuff to my pc,synchronized it with outlook.the disadvantage is that,you cant upgrade the memory,no loudspeaker.

I have the phone over 1.5 years now and I'm certainly satisfied, except quality of photos and being veryyyyyyyy slow when playing Java games, it is one of my most favorite phones I had, together with my good old first phone, the Nokia 5110, which was an undestructible prehistoric phone :o)

am from Ghana,this phone is a good phone but the camara is too bad,why this phone dont have a radio??all the same is a verry good phone.

i had this fone 4 about 10 month n iloved it it was the best fone ive had untill ma 1yr old sucked on it ive never found a good enuff replacment 3 cheers 4 sony ericsson hipp hipp huray hipp hipp huray hipp hipp huray from kimee

Slow in functionality especially when start-up it takes eons before you can do anything. Bluetooth is good, IR is also good. Doesn't allow to send ringtones without using MMS.
1 Major problem that i faced using this phone is that when you ever change a SIM card in this phone, the SMS stored in the phone memory got lost!!! That is the most annoying thing...to save the SMS, you need to save them in the SIM Archive ( SIM memory)..however, if your number got chnaged, you need to change your SIM and thus stored SMS can't be re-gained for the new Number. Has anybody got any solution for that?

The phone is quite alright but the problem is that recorded sounds cant be used for answering a phone call.

I have come to hate this phone for 2 reasons: 1) Reception is unreliable -- anywhere! If I turn my head one way it's okay, a slight move and I can't even hear the other person. Even a replacement phone has the same problem. (I'm on Cingular, does anyone else have this problem specifically with them?) 2) SMS -- this is horrible usability. The predictive test requires a match with its dictionary. So, if you want to use shorthand, slang etc. you MUST 'spell the word' -- you can't override its predictive choices and keep spelling by selecting a letter, then keep typing (as you can on a Motorola). If you text a lot, this is NOT the phone for you.

I have had this phone for 11 months. The phone is okay. I get compliments all the time, but I personally think its weirdish. I like all the features except it doesn't have speakerphone. I too have the problem of when I take a picture it takes a few seonds to take it or delete it. But other than that, it's an okay phone.

One of the marvellous cell phones in the world. Only problem is of camera and that u can't creat your own folders like in Nokia.

Well I too have had this phone for 6 months, no problems with it other than the slight lag sometimes or occasionally switching off (only once in my experience, though the lag is regular). However I turn it on today to find that the liquid crystal display has simply bled all over the screen so that now the display is unreadable and I cannot look at anything on it. Worst of all it's supposedly not covered by the guarantee provided by the company I bought it from. Very annoyed.

I think this is a good phone, the bluetooth is wicked, the games are addictive, the ringtones are clear, the menu is easy, the screen is a good size, but the only problem i have is when i take a photo you have to wait like 7 seconds before the actual image comes through and sometimes it changes from the one you think you took. I hate the keypad too. It's too ugly. And its way too light for me, I keep forgetting it's there and I sit on it. Other than that it is a good phone and I recommend it.

i think this phone is crap!!!!!!!!! it has crashes and barely works and ive only had it for 6 months. on it im in the middle of doing something and it either lags, freezes or turns it self off

this phone is sooo slow thats its key problem - i really wouldnt recommend it. The phone didnt break on me or anything but because it was so slow it kept sending blank text messages! Cost me a bloody fortune!
