I want to purchase a Sony Ericsson T610 or T616 phone. However, none of the plans I've found available on the internet are available in my area. Is it possible for me to just purchase the phone by itself? I understand it will cost significantly more money.

I had sometime to utilize this phone and I feel that the center joystick control is very hard to use. It's too sensitive and I seem to keep selecting the wrong menu. Performance is average.

I have just got rid of this phone just after 6 months, in that time twice it has frozen on me and I had had enough. I will think seriously next time of buying another Sony Ericsson if it does this. Have spoken to other people who have had similar problems.

this phone was a pioneer...GSM award winner for best phone for 2 years in terms of what you get for what you pay...need i say more...it rocks...

I agree to all who says this phone is shit bad but guys think one thing this phone launches around 1 yr ago so u can compare it with today"s phone

T610 is absolutely gash!!!!!! camera is rubbish, using txt, making/answering phone calls can be tricky - the buttons are unresponsive. If you receive a call when the phone is off the ring/vibrate gets stuck when you turn it on again. Navigating the menus is long winded. I'm going back to a phone which is straight forward and simple....that'll be a Nokia then

this is a cool phone and hey my screen seems to have lines(or scratches?) when dark are they scratches or do all phones have them someone please reply

This Phone Is The Best... yea it does get scratch very easily.. and gets damaged like crazy if u do't take a good care of it.. BUT OVER ALL MUCH BETTER THAN ANY NOKIA & OTHERS IN FEAUTERS.. and if u know how to take pics.. there is no thing wrong with the camera so don't listen to these litlle.... THIS FUN IS THE BOMB....peace

well i have this unit rite now. well its a really good phone. the screen resolution is quite good. my disappointments are that the camera quality good have been better and the service connection needs to be improved. my phone had to be flashed so that it could recieve proper service on the network. i would recommend this unit for persons who want a stylish and easy to use phone.
