    To Adnan,
I send ringtones via irda all the time. To do this simply ensure your pc has a irda port and is turned on. Then turn on the phones irda, by going to Menu>Connectivity>Infrared port>on. then put your phone next to the reciever and it should display a icon at the bottom of the taskbar on your pc. now to send the file/ringtone, locate on your pc, right click and click on Send To...>Portable device. The phone should now show that something has been attempted to be sent to it and click on ok to accept it. That its it should be on your phone, its may sound long but its easy trust!

In my opinion comparing this handset to the latest T630, i believe that this handset is much better eventhough its older. The only ups for the t630 is the TFD display which doesnt give an uneven colour when the screen is looked at in the dark (like the t610). However as features and camera is the same this is much better in terms of design. Being a student designer it is more slick and the contrast between the brushed aluminuim and glossy black casing makes the handset look very sophistacted and proffesional (unlike a toy). The t630 is slightly more plasticy and can the plastic can begin to creak easily, ive had this phone for a week and is very strong and isnot too damage prone. The materials used in this handset are of a better quality. So if design is a important feature, you should go for this. If picture /screen quality and having the latest phone to keep up the trend is important, stick with getting the T630. However the launch of the T630 will mean the price of the T610 will decrease. So thats a up

Hello, has anyone experienced that the reception bar on the T610 freuqeuntly bounces up and down as the handset wishes. Is this a fault or just a sign that the Sony Ericsson's Reception bar is very accurate. Please share your comments here!!

I registered for GPRS and MMS from my GSM service provider. I think there is some incompatibility if you run both services together. Because I cant use anyone of them. Please help if you have an answer to this. Thank you.

Can people stop complaining about the battery life - It has a pretty good standby time, but it takes several charges (ie. 2 weeks or so) before the battery works properly - it should say in the manual. If you don't like the screen, u should wait for a t630 - i've got one and it is amazing.
By the way, I know a site where u can get games for free (V-rally 2 full included). Email me if you want the site

                                  I have T610
nice divice and very good options ,but the only bad thing is the smallst shard memory ?
                                  why ?
and also when I saw the T630 the memory is still small ?????????for pic.

One word for this phone: GREAT! If you look at price/features it's unbeatable! Sells very good and with reason, Bluetooth works just fine, great WAP, nice screen, nice design, easy to use, great calendar, huge standby time in comparison with Nokia for example,... Only negative point: integrated camera is quite weak indoor. But hey, give 'em a break. Sony Ericsson has finally launched a superb product, and the P900 is just as great in it's own class by the way.
