I have this phone 4 years, it works perfect, battery works good, olny thing that the joystick is glitching.

My fone has a message "SOS call only" appears it self on screen, and if this message appears, i can no longer send SMS or Call except 911 call.. i'll wait for several minutes to back it to normal state.. how can i de-activate this dumb SOS call only..

Reliable little phone - good size and nice bright screen, but rather limited on functionality for it's era. No MP3/radio, only 0.5mp camera and memory only 2Mb. My one also had a very squeaky battery cover - from that point of view the t610 was better built.

This was my first sony ericsson phone and it worked perfectly... only now i'm back to using it briefly because my newer phone is playing up.. Phones are certainly sexier and more capable now, but none come sturdier than the T630. Wind, rain, water, snow... nothing stopped it.

is it just me or does the SMS only hold 35 messages in inbox and outbox at a time?

this was my first sony ericsson phone.
it was good before. but compared to the latest phones right now from SE, it sucks.
ofcourse this phone was ages ago.
i'll go for k850.

This phone is durable as well as water proof. I have taken this phone in the swimming pool. It was under water for atleast 5 mins. When realized, took it out of the water and took the battery. As if this was not enough, I had kept this on the table lamp to dry out, which almost melted the screen (it did only on the sides). Next morning, viola, it started to work as before, except the burn marks on the side. Now you have to tell me how to replace this phone?
