just got mine in today, This phone is great, screen is awesome, its not too small not too big. the keypad is decent, i can text pretty fast on it, T9 dictionary is pretty good, interface is pretty good except on flash theme every time you move the cursor the phone vibrates which is kinda annoying to me not sure if you can turn it off, Messaging interface is advanced (can save messages to memory cards) Sync'd easily with windows contacts with Sony Ericsson PC Suite. Can use the PC Suite to send text messages, pic messages, Camera takes decent vivid and clear pictures, phone feels very solid no cheap feeeling at all anywhere, very stylish (black n reD) organizer has extra apps (converter, tip calculator. etc) only thing i dont like so far is the navigation pad its kinda small for my hands. And I dont like how it doesnt have a clear(back) button, you always have to use the right soft key. Phone is amazingly light. Will leave a comment on the batter life later.

looks like a real decent phone. pls anyone tell me is this phone has radio.. coz the official SE web site states it dosent have radio.im bit confused ...iwant to buy phone,, plz help me

This is a cool phone given out by Sony, got it 11550/- in chennai. good features and nice cam,lacks auto focus but still is able to take good pictures, has only 4 pre installed themes. looking out for more.. good overall aspects.

yes no front camera even though this is a great phone i live in India and i bought this from Pure-Mobile the unlocked phone. And i have no words to explain this phone. i think its the best phone i owned. :)

Gents, why sony is still glued to 256K screen? I just don't get it. Sony should introduce 16M DISPLAY in their majority of phones..

black on red still looks better, black on black looks like every other phone so does silver/black (too much like t610) and so does silver (...like every other phone..)

I heard Sony Ericsson claim that this is an overall upgrade version of older T610. If so then good job Sony Ericsson. This model just lack of GPS-navigator. If it was built with GPS, then no doubt its a cheaper version of W890. Anyway, physical look is very stunning. Just one great advantage for this slim 9.9mm candy bar. It doesn't have secondary video call camera. So user's have 2 use the 3.2MP camera 4 video calling( great resolution but its truly not convenient at all!!). I checked the SE website on SAR levels per handset, and the T700 is rated at 1.55. That's not high, that's EXTREMELY high. GSM handsets usually don't have such a high SAR rating, espectially SE. I wonder what the deal is?

well while goin thru the site, came to know dat black-on-black color is also available, pls check the link below, and as per d SonyWorld showroom in Delhi the cell is available in silver-on-black only but with 1GB card. So confusing guys, can some1 help?

Guys, please note, this phone DOES NOT HAVE A VIDEO CALL CAMERA. That thing on the front is a light sensor for adjusting the display brightness based on ambient light. Read the review on GSMArena.

that's ufair are you trying to say that the VIDEO CALL of this camera is that the person can view you but you can't see him that's really unfair and the only solution is that turn off the video call camera or turn it around so that the person cannot view you... thank u 4 the people who help me here!
