yes me also i get the same problem you need to put your earphone and push the sound button up and then remove it and then il will play a bit louder

I am using this phone for 2 months. If we compare with its price the phone is good enough. The screen resltn is gud nd also the touch.

just go to sony service center and tell them to upgrade the firmware. That'll solve your problem. I use this cellphone.
